A Casa da Foz está localizada na encantadora vila e praia da Foz do Arelho, a poucos minutos do centro e da praia. É uma casa antiga, toda recuperada com excelentes espaços, muito tranquila e ideal para famílias e grupos até 14 pessoas.

A propriedade consiste em duas casas que permitem hospedar até 14 pessoas. A casa principal inclui uma ampla sala, cozinha, 3 banheiros, 4 quartos ( um deles com 4 camas, zona de estar e de jogos) marquise, lavanderia e escritório / biblioteca. O apartamento anexo, que está aberto quando o número de hóspedes, exceda as10 pessoas, é composto por 1 quarto com casa de banho e uma sala com kitchenette.

Toda a propriedade está equipada com todo o tipo de equipamentos (TV e DVD, máquina de café expresso, chaleira elétrica, torradeira, microondas, máquina de lavar louça e roupa de cama, entre outros), para que os hóspedes possam desfrutar de umas férias tranquilas e confortáveis ​​em família e / ou amigos.

Casa da Foz tem um jardim e um pátio / deck com mobiliário e churrasqueira, onde você pode jantar e aproveitar o sol. Ele também tem chuveiro com água quente ideal para o banho ao retornar da praia. A Casa da Foz é ideal para crianças e grupos.

A Casa da Foz está localizada numa zona extremamente próxima para quem quer visitar Portugal. No mesmo dia pode visitar Lisboa, Sintra, Cascais e na outra visitar o centro e norte do país.

What a wonderful experience

Our experience at the villa was very special. Helena is a wonderful host and the location couldnt be better. The house is welcoming, comfortable and beautifully decorated. A very relaxed vibe. We'll definitely be back.

Séjour parfait pour une grande famille.

Nous avons séjourné en (grande) famille pendant 10j dans cette superbe propriété, près des commerces (300m) et de la plage (25mn à pied mais plus simple d'accès qu'en voiture+parking). La maison contient tout le nécessaire pour accueillir une tribu de tout age, est très propre et tout s'est très bien déroulé (en contexte Covid). Helena prend grand soin de ses hôtes et s'assure de leur confort. La résidence est idéalement située, les lieux d'attraction touristiques sont tous situés à moins d'1h de route.

heerlijk familie huis op een super locatie. rustig en intiem maar om de hoek de winkeltjes en terrasjes. sfeervol ingericht en heel compleet. alsof je in een huis van dierbare vrienden logeert, je voelt je meteen welkom & thuis

Uma casa antiga magnificamente recuperada

A casa está perfeitamente apetrechada e situada a uns minutos de mini-mercados, cafés, restaurantes,onde nos podemos abastecer de tudo o que for preciso. As nossas crianças adoraram o sótão, cheio de luz, com o seu baloiço e rede e ainda jogos e livros. À chegada tínhamos água biscoitos e ...simpatia. Os adultos puderam desfrutar de um churrasco e uma sardinhada ao ar livre com toda a comodidade

Foz do Arelho is a passion for us both in the summer and in the winter. It allows us to rest and to live Nature. It allows us to do walks and water sports that the whole family loves.

Why they chose this property

Foz House is fantastic to gathered big groups Both familiy or friends. That was the reason that we stay and restored the property. It´s ideal to children and for all that want to rest and have a peacefull days near the sea and laggon or to visit centre and north of Portugal.The pateo and garden allow the guest to have their meals outdoors.

What makes this property unique

A charming traditional house with all the confort, style and amenities that a group of families and friends can need. A House in centre of the village a 150 mts from all the stores and restaurants and just 600 mts from the beach. A quites place with garden and pateo.
