Very Large House on Ocean block

The Lee House is a grand three story Victorian Home with Ten (10) generous bedrooms, Five and one half (5.5) bathrooms and two (2) outdoor showers. The Lee House accommodates sixteen (16+) quite comfortably. This is a property perfect for a multi generational family.

The Lee House is an amazing property. The floor plan is the same as it was when it was built in 1904. It was a Guest House for many years and thus has numbered bedrooms with a sink in each one. The original woodwork is amazing. The Lee House has four levels with an enormous front porch. The yard is large with two out door showers in the back and ample off street parking.

Breezy comfortable large porch with multiple seating areas. Enjoyed the back garden and inside. Kitchen with a large island and enough utensils.Owners were very friendly . Pet friendly.Enjoyed every minute. Will return if we get another opportunity!

Amazing Weekend

This was an amazing house and Kirk couldn't have been a more gracious host. Even when we were just making inquiries about the house, Kirk was very responsive so make sure to reach out to him with any questions. Once we booked the house, Kirk stayed in constant communication with us and answered any questions we had. We got married down in Avon and the house made it a perfect weekend so we could be with our friends and family as we celebrated! The house is about a block from the beach and has one of the best wrap around porches in town! I could not recommend this house enough!

Wonderful House that fits the whole family!

Great casual house perfect for a family going back and forth to the beach and cooking meals for many mouths.....just love dinners on the big wraparound front porch.
