This residence is located in a boutique luxury building boasting one residence per floor just 250 feet off the sand. Your stay will include club membership access to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, our next door neighbors. Enjoy true resort amenities on Ft. Lauderdale beach, including, private beach, complementary towels, umbrellas and lounge chair service, multiple pools, jacuzzi, cabanas, full service spa for adults, fitness center for adults, kids club, tennis courts, basketball courts, daily fitness classes for adults, daily activities for kids, Starbucks store, health juice and snack bar, pool and beachside butler service, full tiki bar on the beach, beachside dining, restaurants, boutiques, shops and business center. Your club membership also includes a 20% discount on all food and drinks.


RESIDENCE
This residence is extraordinarily spacious at 4,363 sq. ft. full with dramatic entrance, grand salon and a private elevator on a one residence per floor boutique luxury building; great for entertaining. It has 3 bedrooms (master suite with large sitting area + 2 ensuite bedrooms), 3 1/2 baths, full laundry and service area with private access to elevator, formal living room, formal dining room, separate family/TV room, breakfast nook, wrap around terrace, large kitchen with island, breakfast bar and top of the line stainless steel appliances (42 inch refrigerator, double ovens and dishwasher), high speed internet and cable services. This residence also boasts a state of the art security/access system and comes with 2 gated parking spaces with remote access.

This is a beautiful property—very spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved having access to the Marriott amenities. Dolly was very communicative during our stay and was helpful in getting some issues with the air conditioning in the guest rooms resolved.The only part of our stay that was a little rocky was the check-in process. They provide a personalized check-in, and while we appreciated the tour and instructions, we had requested an early check-in. At the time of booking, we were told to check the night before or when the first person arrived to see if an early check-in would be possible. We were a group of six traveling from different parts of the country with varying flight times, which I had shared when booking.I called and left a message the night before, as instructed, but didn’t hear back. When the first person in our group arrived, they reached out and were told they would try to get us in early, but there was no estimate of when that might be. Given our different arrival times, it would have been easier to simply know that early check-in wasn’t available so we could have made other plans.That said, once we were checked in, we had a great stay! We really enjoyed the property and location, and they were also very helpful in accommodating a late check-out. I would definitely consider booking this property again. I would just plan to arrive at the regular check-in time and not count on an early check-in.

Wonderful stay

The condo itself and location were perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, and a longer walk or quick drive to many bars, shops and restaurants. We came to town to see the Buffalo Bills beat the Dolphins, and it was a short ride to the stadium for a great game. Overall it was the perfect spot for us and we will return!

Wonderful property

The location, amenities, cleanliness and everything else about this property was absolutely great! The unit is wonderfully located with easy access to the pool, gym, beach, bars and restaurants. Amazing property

What a beautiful place!!! So clean, beyond roomy, beautiful decor. Loved that we could use the Marriott beach Harbor Resort and receive 20% off of everything. It’s such a close walk. Can always get a Uber or lift in just 1 to 3 min… Just loved the owner Dolly!

Wonderful family visit

We had the most wonderful stay here with three adults and two young children. The apartment is huge, very clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the Marriot resort and use of those facilities was such a bonus and there were even beach and pool toys in the garage that we were able to use. Dolly was so warm and communicative. We're already discussing our plans to return next year!

This property was amazing! The property owner, Dolly, was very professional and easy to deal with. The property has great amenities connected to the Marriott Harbor Beach. If we had any complaint and it is a little one, it was a bit noisy although most of that is probably related to preparing for Tortuga fest.

Very spacious apartment, presented immaculate Great secure parking, the whole set up is great along with Club membership of the Marriott opposite a short walk across the road. Probably takes 3 minutes and you’re in hotel on the beach. Much more space in the accommodation than an hotel rooms. Real home from home feel. Worked great for us
