In the backyard you will find an oversized boat dock and sun patio for lounging and fully enjoying the Florida sun. The boat dock is also equipped with and electrical boat lift with capacity of 10,000 pounds. Tip: Rent a boat (ask for details) and go explore the countless channels and waterways of Cape Coral and the surrounding islands. Go fishing on the Caloosahatchee River or in the Gulf of Mexico or take a romantic boat trip during the sunset.

The open kitchen, dining and living room as well as the Master bedroom are equipped with large sliding doors opening right out to the lanai and pool area. And as usual everywhere in subtropical Florida, swimming pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by full 'screen', so you can enjoy the outside in the evening - enjoy a delicious barbecue without being hindered by mosquitoes or insects. From the pool you have a beautiful view on our private dock wherein your boat is moored and with some luck, during the day you might even see a family of 'Manatees' swimming by and eating.

The southwest of Cape Coral are traditionally the favorite holiday resorts of tourists and nature lovers: Sun, sand and sea go hand in hand with a downright overwhelming area of beauty. Cape Coral is know as the "Venice" of America. There are over 400 miles of canals making it the city with the most navigable waterways in the world.
The Gulf of Mexico is nearby and shops, warehouses, restaurants and commerce's are located in the immediate proximity. River, Sea and Boat lovers will enjoy themselves in Cape Coral. At just a 20 minute drive you will discover the most beautiful beaches of Florida: Fort Myers, Captiva, Pine Island and Sanibel, the famous "shell island".
