Each Unit comes fully furnished with brand new furnishings, and amenities, and the highest of quality linens and cookware. Rent one unit, or rent them all for family gatherings, company getaways, or friends reunion. This unit features ocean views, and is located on the 2nd story. No matter the occasions, this property will not disappoint. One block from the beach, walking distance to all restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The property includes outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, outdoor cooking area, 1 parking spot onsite per unit. Monthly and weekly rates are available. One parking space is included. Amazing Place to Stay

Everything you need and within walking distance to the beach and main area. Very clean! We always stay here and have been for the last couple of years once we found it. It works for us and we've been very happy with it! Just note if you have young kids....there is only a shower, no tub.

The apartment is very well located, not only for Highway 101 access, but in a neighborhood very close to the beach and pier, as well as numerous restaurants. We had an upstairs unit which afforded nice views and good air circulation. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the bathrooms nicely supplied with towels and the beds adequately comfortable. The general living area had plenty of seating.We stayed two nights and spent time in SLO for wine tasting and a nice dinner, but Rosa’s Italian Restaurant was just across the street and excellent. We can highly recommend this unit.

this was the perfect pismo beach apartment! amazing location, super clean, and great for a family. loved being able to walk out the door and drive 15min to SLO or walk down to the beach. definitely recommend to anyone visiting.
