Ideal location for morning beach walks especially to pickup Old West Cinnamon Rolls or donuts on the way back! This has been our 4th year spending an end of summer week with our Grandkiddos. Wonderful memories made.

We liked that it was extremely modern and clean. It is also close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Having its own parking was also a plus as we were there during the Pismo Car show, where there is never any parking. We ran into the cleaning crew a couple of times and they were extremely nice as well. Melinda was very quick in responding to any questions we may have had. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and responsive communication from the host. Perfect place to stay while visiting Cal Poly — close proximity to the school and giving us easy access to Pismo Beach. The walk to the beach is easy and less than 5 minutes, just down the street a few blocks. Lots of eating options close by. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and we appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely book here again.

We had an amazing stay during Labor day weekend! Place is super clean and everything was newly renovated. The place is centrally located so we walked everywhere. The beach is literally 2 blocks away. The dedicated parking is also helpful. We are already planning to come back next year.Not a ding but I wish there were hooks in the living room and bathroom to put up towels, jackets, etc. Keep in mind that there is no AC but there are fans. The beds and pillows are super soft too so if you prefer something firm, it may be too soft for you.Regardless, we still give the place a 5-star! Like I said, we are already planning on coming back next summer! Thanks again. We loved the place!!!
