We had a great time at this condo! The location was perfect close to Jewfish, the beach (across the street), and all the best restaurants. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bob was amazing and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and was very spacious for two adults and two teenage boys. . The view of the bay was beautiful. Bob was great. Would recommend this property.

Great location

Super cute with an excellent location. Ocean and bay view. Property is on the third floor with steps as the only access. So make sure you’re good with that. We had a great time!

Bradenton Beach House

Great place for a family of 4 in a great location. Our kids were so happy to be able to fish from the pier, or take the short walk to the beach. The house has everything you'd need as well.

Perfect Stay

My family had an amazing stay at Siesta Sunrise. Perfect location, especially if you love Sunrises. Morning coffee on the balcony is priceless, sit back and enjoy. Quick walk to an amazing beach. Bridge Street is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Bob is easy to communicate with and responsive. I pray I can stay here again one day.

Great views of the bay and steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shopping! Clean and had everything we could ask for! Loved the location!! Great view of the bay from the balcony and a very short walk to the beach! Beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs and a cooler to use on the beach plus some boogie boards were a plus! We were within walking distance of Bridge Street restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Sunrises and sunsets!

LOVED our condo!! We felt it was in the perfect location. A short walk or drive to the busier area, but out of the bustle. We had the sunrises in the morning from our balcony and a very short walk to the beach for the sunsets (although you could see it from the bedroom windows too). The condo was clean and fresh feeling and had all the amenities we needed included beach chairs, toys and an umbrella. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Condo

What a beautiful condo, Waking to the gorgeous sunrise and watching the Dolphins frolic in the bay. It doesn't get any better. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Decorated very nice and the bed is super comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. It was such a pleasure to deal with Ellie I will stay again when I'm in the area.

Relaxing getaway

The location is perfect, short walk to Cortez beach, Coquina Baywalk, and the many places along Bridge St & Gulf Drive as well as a stop for the trolley that runs the length of the island. Also has great views of Sarasota Bay & Cortez from the deck! The unit is well appointed, comfortable and clean with everything you would need for your stay on the island. The management company was awesome, very responsive to my questions and even let us in the unit early! We'd definitely recommend it and consider this unit again for a future stay!

2022 vacation

This was an awesome property. Very clean and the location was perfect. Beautiful view of the Bay in the back and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Bob, the host was very good at communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our stay was during an evacuation for Hurricane Ian and Bob made sure we had all of the information regarding evacuating and returning to the island after the storm. Can't say enough good things about this property.

Exceeded expectations

The property is in an excellent location. The bayside deck is really nice, and watching all the activity in the inter coastal was more fun than I expected. You can see the Gulf on the other side from the bedroom window. Really walkable, good restaurants, live music, beautiful beaches, not much more you could ask for. I wish dogs were allowed on the walkway next to the beach though. The free trolley is another nice perk. It's a bit of a walk up three flights of stairs though.

Great location and super cute condo. Attentive property manager. TIP: if you want to book the dock space (1) do it before paying if you are counting on it. There is 1 space to multiple units and reserving it is a process.

Morning Glory

The best part of this property is drinking your morning coffee on the deck watching the boats and activity in the bay. We even saw dolphins!! Bring binoculars. Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach but there wasn't any restroom facilities there. Easy 10 minute walk to downtown. Neighbors with hot tubs were a little loud at night, but not much you can do about that. Great location. We plan on coming back.

A Slice of Heaven

A lot of time was spent enjoying the view from the deck which overlooks the Inter-coastal waterway. Early mornings were spent meditating, drinking coffee, and watching the dawn of a new day. From the colorful sunrise, to the laughing gulls leaving their roosts to fly to the beaches to the Magnificent Frigate birds leaving the mainland and heading out to sea to the pelicans heading north, once dawn came, the skies came alive. The fishing boats headed out at dawn for their days work. Evenings were spent at the beach, a mere two minute walk, to watch mind-boggling sunsets. An easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and long walks on the beach make this an ideal vacation location. The condo is comfortable and well-equipped.
