Myself and my 3kids

We stayed for 3 weeks, and had a wonderful time. Check in was easy, and whenever we needed any amenities replenished the owner was happy to do so and very quick as well. The house was beautiful, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Apartment

Cute little cozy apartment. Rented it out for the family and I (total of 4 adults). A lot of room and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Very nice stay.

Google direction (at least for us) led us down what seemed like an alley, next to a liquor store, but the unit is actually across the next street, and the liquor store is convenient for other items, so don't worry about the neighborhood.The place is nice and has everything you should need for a stay in Eureka, which is also very nice. I overheard my son saying the place was much nicer than he expected. I don't know if that was referring to the location, or the rental, but I think it sums it up pretty well in either case.

Pleasant stay in Eureka

The place was as described and clean. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. Coffee pods were provided. The check-out tasks were very simple and not a hassle. No noise, park, safety issues. Good communication on the check-in and some questions about the area. I would consider again the next time we come up to Eureka and Redwood National Park.

Quiet Getaway

Located at the end of a quiet small street, near a copse of tall redwoods. Easy walk to Henderson Center. Clean and well appointed. This was a downstairs apartment; yet we didn't hear noise from above. Unit has a small patio off the back door under some tall trees. Very pleasant entry with large pots of blooming flowers off parking area.

Absolutely Fantastic

For our recent trip to Humboldt County, we decided to rent a place instead of trying to find a hotel that would work well for us and our two kids. Not only was this rental perfectly situated in Eureka, but it was also a wonderful place to stay. The inside was fresh and clean, having a full-size and well outfitted kitchen was great, and the absolute best thing was having laundry available. Sonia was fantastic to deal with and even worked with us to extend our stay. The small fenced in area behind the house was perfect for our 4-year-old who loves some outdoor time while we're all getting ready or making a meal. We would have liked a little more counterspace in the bathroom but given how well the space is used in the house, it’s totally understandable and we were able to work around it just fine. We’ll definitely be looking at this place when we visit again!

Great apartment for a short stay in Eureka

New, Modern, Comfortable. This house was well-kept, clean, with new appliances, TVs in every room and just what we needed for a family of four. If your family was larger, it might be a challenge to fit everyone in. The internet was very fast. Washing machine/dryer was appreciated. Dark curtains on windows were appreciated. Neighborhood was quiet.

This unit was recently renovated, and it is wonderful! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-stocked. The kitchen is huge, and stocked with really decent pots, pans, knives, etc. We loved it!

Family visit

We have been to Eureka many times over the last 9 years and have stayed in VRBOs each time. This place is so comfortable and stocked with everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely rent it again. Sonia is great hostess.

Home away from home

Sonia is very responsive and truly a great host. She has supplied the apartment with all you need to feel at home away from home. Beds are very comfortable, tv in both bedrooms and living room, and a bonus is the washer and dryer. It is centrally located for visiting the Redwoods. We had a great stay here. Thanks Sonia!

Best VRBO Ever!

This was the best property we’ve ever stayed at- the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with pans, cutting boards, bowls, utensils, etc. everything was up-to-date and super clean. Linens and towels were high quality. We would highly recommend!

Family stay in Eureka

This location was fairly close to the brother who recently moved to Eureka, so it worked well for us. The beds were all comfy, the kitchen amazing well-appointed. We didn't cook except for making breakfast, but we could have. The big screen tv was great for watching the Olympics. Thanks for a quiet, restful place to crash after hiking in the Redwoods and beach walking.

Pleasant Stay in Eureka

My three generation family had a great stay at this well-appointed property in Eureka. The rental had everything we needed and space for all of us. It was in a quiet location, and it was easy to get to all nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Wonderful guest house!

Our family stayed here a few nights while we explored the Redwood National Park. This place had everything we needed, including a W&D! Sonia was very helpful. The Vrbo site was down so she met us at our car with the entry code! Everything was very clean. If I were in Eureka, I would definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable & Quite Location

The apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We found everything to be clean. We enjoyed our stay in Eureka and this was a great spot in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great house great host!

Great place to stay. The house is located off the road in an alley. It’s small and quaint and fit our family of 5 comfortably for a week. It’s a perfect hidden gem in a very quiet neighborhood with a convenience store one block down, which came in handy a few times. Sonia was kind and welcoming and was quick to answer when we had questions. We all enjoyed our time at her home and every one of us were sad to have to leave. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very nice apartment!
