Checkout Southbay's unit 120 affordable family friendly townhome right in the heart of Destin.These two story townhomes are so close to the beach.Drive right to your front door. NEW paint color from these pictures in all bedrooms up stair already finished. You will enjoy all the beautiful colors of the family room with flat screen TV. A full kitchen with everything you will need. King Bed in Master, Queen in the other two bedrooms. Nice marble tubs, tile floors. Tile in the Kitchen with tile in the family room. Hardwood in bedrooms up stairway, and foyer. Washer and Dryer in this unit. Flat screen TV in the master, Flat screen in the family room, TV's in other two bedrooms to enjoy. Five acre lake fresh water on property stocked with bass and brim Catch and Release fishing. Two pools and two tennis courts right out your front door.Pools on Southside and Northside for you.
Great walking areas around the lake and property. Patio table with chairs to enjoy late evenings, enjoy the grill. Sorry no pets, and no smoking in this unit. No more than 6 people in this unit just right for ONE family. New rules from City of Destin for Southbay, 6 people only always, two people in each bedroom.
Enjoy Southbay's Sunset ever evening right on the beach. Please read all signs and two parking spaces for this unit. NO TENTS AT SOUTHBAY ANY MORE ON BEACH, New rules, we are gated now, no outside visitors on our beach without a permit on your car. Please read our new rules during your vacation.
I would love to help you with local places. We enjoy having a drink on the Harbor watching the Sunset also places we go to have dinner.
Beach Service is available on the beach. Sunset beach services. Address of the property 940 East Highway 98, Destin, Fla. 32540. Please ask me for WIFI and passwords for this unit. Code for door will be given to you before your vacation.Codes for gate will be given to you for your vacation for Southside gate. You will enjoy the beach just steps away from Sugar white sand with Emerald Green Water. Our pools do have codes now you will be given the number, also tennis courts before you get to property.

Why they chose this property
Southbay has a large beach. We had friends already there from our home town and I looked all over Destin and I wanted a place that I could drive right to the front door. I didn't want to be in a High Rise and I wanted nice area to enjoy with our family, which took me back overtime to Southbay.

What makes this property unique
Driving right to our front door. A place that we could come and enjoy even if we stayed a month. We fell in love with Southbay in 2003 when we purchased our other unit 28th. We still think this is one of the best properties in Destin for your money. This unit is so close to the beach we have stayed there now a few weeks in this 120 unit and we enjoy the location more than anything.
