AC Summer: The NEST does not cool below 75°F during the day when temperatures exceed 100°F to prevent freezing. We can adjust to 72F at night. The AC is not designed to cool more than 25 degrees below the outside temperature. The minimum age requirement is 25 years old for the principal booker.
Pool and Spa heating is NOT included in the rental. We require an additional pool fee of $75-150 PER DAY and a $25 - 50 per day SPA fee, depending on the season. We DO NOT preheat the pool and spa; we begin heating the pool once the previous guest has checked out. During the hot months of July, August, and September, we typically do not charge a pool fee. We may charge a pool fee during April, May, and June. You are required to sign the agreement sent via DocuSign in accordance with city noise policies.
We have a noise sensor installed in the living room and pool area. You will get a customized link for alerts.

We stayed at La Quinta SKY for a trip that was part business and part leisure, and it truly exceeded our expectations.As many travelers know, vacation homes can sometimes look better in photos than they do in person—but that was not the case here. The home was exactly as advertised, if not better. It’s ideally located at the end of The Cove neighborhood, with close access to beautiful hiking trails and stunning mountain views.Cleanliness is extremely important to me, and I tend to notice even small issues—but this home was absolutely pristine. Everything felt fresh, well cared for, and professionally maintained. The decor is beautiful, and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay.The property is clearly well managed, and it shows in every detail. My husband even commented multiple times on what a great choice this was, which doesn’t happen often!Overall, a fantastic stay—we would absolutely return and highly recommend this home to others.

Great 3 bedroom home with pool!!
We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. Nadia, the host, was so helpful and communicative the whole time. Pool was wonderful and house was very clean, we will definitely be back!

La Quinta Sky
The house is as advertised. It is well equipped, modern and beautiful. The location is only two blocks from the La Quinta walking trails and it is only a short drive to downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much.
