Beautiful craftsman style foursquare on Notre Dame Avenue only three blocks from the main entrance to the University of Notre Dame.Hardwood floors and trim throughout the first floor. Open concept design includes living room, dining room kitchen, full bath and study on the first floor.Three bedrooms, a loft area for reading and two full baths on the second floor. Finished basement with 9 ft. ceilings, includes a large family room, with flat screen HDTV. Off of the family room is a smaller room with a queen size murphy bed. 1/2 bath in the basement, bath with shower on the first floor. Family room can accommodate 2 single aero beds available if necessary (for younger children). Back patio beautifully landscaped.Check-in/Check out 3 pm.

Great Location & House

Perfect rental for a ND football weekend. Convenient walking distance to campus and Eddy St area. The home was very spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location. Great for families

Quick walk to Eddy Street and the University. Excellent for families with kids. Plenty of comfortable spaces to enjoy indoors/outdoors/basement. Highly recommend!

Great location! Great home!

Loved staying here for ND football game weekend. The house is great for a large group with plenty of space to entertain. The owners provided everything we needed and were very responsive if we had any questions. Definitely recommend this home if you’re looking to stay near Notre Dame! Thanks for a great stay!

3 Bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor with queen size beds. Full bath shared between the two. Queen-size murphy bed in the basement off of the family room accessible to half bath (in basement) ot shower on the main floor.
