Free beach parking included during rental period at owners beach house!!! Why walk to the beach when you can drive? Large, first floor, sunny, modern unit, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room and fully stocked kitchen. Large yard. No smoking. Linens & towels included. A/c, w&d, WiFi, cable & off street parking for 2 cars. Convenient location to downtown & the beach. 7 night minimum for July and August. Off season rates available. Deposits and final payments are nonrefundable.
