This beautiful home is in the heart of the Pier, sleeps 8 and is walking distance to The Towers, the Sea Wall and the Narragansett Town Beach. It's on a quiet street and beautifully appointed with comfortable and attractive furniture and furnishings. The house features an open floor plan living room with twin sofas and TV, spacious dining area and bright kitchen with stainless appliances. There's an extra-large deck in the rear with plenty of room for outdoor dining. Gas grill. Shower under the stars in the rear outside shower stall. The main level features three bedrooms each with a comfortable queen bed and one full bathroom. The lower level features an extra-large bedroom with a king bed, a family room with another TV, and a second bathroom with a stall shower. The total number this house sleeps is 8. Everything is light, bright, fresh and comfortable, with everything you need for your beach vacation, right down to the beach toys. Our guests love staying at this beautiful property!

Great Beach Vacation Spot!

This house is perfectly suited for a family beach vacation. Not only was the house well kept and well stocked, it was walking distance to the beach, local shopping, and restaurants.

Great stay in Narragansett

We loved our stay - this location allowed us to explore Narragansett and still have an easy drive to campus. The house is walking distance to the beach and shops and is well equipped, including all the beach gear you could need! We would definitely book again.

Easy walking distance!

We had a great time at Karen’s place in RI! It was close to the beach and good restaurants - we easily walked to plenty of prime locations along the water. We loved coffee on the back deck in the mornings, too. The host was very responsive leading up to and during our long weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Great week!

We have been renting in Narragansett each summer for about 5 years. This house was by far the best location we have ever had. Very easy for my kids to come and go to the beach and the shops in the Pier. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, and was a great layout with the lower level for the kids to hang out.

Ladies week away

Wonderful location. We were 5 happy ladies in this house! The back deck served as our breakfast and happy hour location. Outdoor shower was a plus. Well maintained. Bring a hair dryer. And sharp knives. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager was very responsive.

Nice place !

Loved the location and size of this house! 10 minute walk to the Town Beach which was fantastic and the house had everything you needed for the beach! It was spacious and the layout was great for kids and if you were to rent with another family! Unfortunately the mosquitos in the yard were terrible and we couldn’t enjoy hanging out on the beautiful back deck as much as we would have liked, not sure if the property is sprayed or if we just hit a bad week with the little buggers. We wished the grill was in a little better shape, but it still got job done. Overall great place :)

Property was clean and comfortable. Location to beach was great(2 blocks). We didn't use outdoor grill since it needs a good cleaning. Microwave had a burnt smell when we opened it so did not use and coffee maker should also be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay, location was close to beach and lots of great restaurants.

We had a few problems with the internet that was resolved very minor. Toilet paper was an issue with 5 people, but we went and got some. Communication with the manager was great, she offered to come and help with the internet and it will now be fixed. Great location to the beach and small shops. Our kids are fish so it worked out well

Best week of our lives!

We (5 adults and 2 tweens) just wrapped up a week at this property and what a week it was! Perfect distance to the Town Beach, restaurants and ice cream but in a quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic. The house has almost everything you need - including blow dryer, food serving and storage, games, plenty of beach towels. Paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) were in short supply but an easy drive to the grocery store solved that. Beach carts and chairs all provided, but definitely bring boogie boards and a beach tent. Grill is a little rough but we made do. We will absolutely be renting this property again, as it was a seamless and wonderful experience.

Location is key!

This property was great for a an extended family vacation and was very clean. There were plenty of sleeping accommodations and it’s location to the beach and shopping/restaurants was ideal! There were a couple of things that could be improved. The rooms in basement were damp, even with the dehumidifiers running. It seems like they could benefit from a better ventilation system. The water pressure in the outdoor shower was extremely weak and therefor wasn’t really usable. They could also supply the house with more pillows and towels.

Perfect location

We had a great stay at this property in Narragansett! Walking distance to the beach and a playground for the kids. The property was very clean and consistent with the pictures in the listing. No surprises. We had two children and one on the younger side, so the stairs were a bit tough for her safety but that’s more of a review of my 2 year old than the property. If you’ve got littles, maybe bring a gate. My only negative ( again focused on the little kids) is that one of the bedrooms had a deadbolt lock. We didn’t think anything of it but my 5 year old locked herself in in the middle of the night which was scary. Would just suggest putting adults in that room. We have stayed at a few properties in this area and this was the best one yet.

Great Family Beach Week

Our family of 7 adults had a great time! The 4 bedrooms meant that no one had to sleep on a couch and the gathering space upstairs was perfect for spending time together while cooking, eating, playing games, or puzzling. The deck, hammock, and outdoor shower were great amenities to enjoy the beautiful weather. With 4 beach passes and walking distance to the beach, it was easy to spend the days on the beach sipping Del's lemonade.

Can’t beat the location! Quiet street and close to everything

We were a party of 6 adults and four kids. The location of the house was great. It’s walkable to the town beach and the shops, even for my 3 year old, and the street was quiet. The downstairs rooms were perfect for putting all the kids in the same space and letting the adults have their own rooms (two little ones shared the futon, the older two on the trundle beds). The downside is was the adjacent king sized bedroom did not have AC if you closed the door to the kid’s room. Not an issue for us as the nights were cool and we just kept the windows open. The house was tidy but not as clean as we thought things would be during these times. Little things like leftover shampoo bottle in showers, toothpaste tubes left in medicine cabinets, spider webs in the outdoor shower, and our feet were black from walking around the house barefoot that first day. We resolved the issue ourselves, no big deal. Some other issues came up but the property manager and repair man were easy to contact and quick to resolve them, making our stay a great one. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Wonderful week

It is a spacious, fun place to gather. The back deck is large and very comfortable with chairs and two tables. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. We loved walking to the beach and pier. We enjoyed our week at this house and hope to rent next summer!

Nice house and perfect location to the beach

We had two families (8 total people) and were comfortable in the home. the downstairs space allowed for privacy and a quiet bedroom for the toddler to sleep while the rest of us were upstairs. The back deck was spacious and gave us an opportunity to cook out comfortably and entertain family. We did not have the issue with the mosquitoes as another guest reported. The listing agent Karen was great to deal with and went above and beyond what I would have expected. Will be back next year!

Location is everything!

A nice house in a great location. Our group of 6 adults and 6 children had plenty of space in this comfortable and clean house. The location is key, an easy walk to town beach and so much more. The large deck was perfect for spending our evenings, however the mosquitos were awful. We throughly enjoyed this home and hope to return next summer.
