Clean and large property on a slight rise in the township. Beds good and firm and the space is a great plus. The living zone is generous. Views good on a wide balcony. Rate it well. booking agency not great but owner fine.

Thank you for allowing me the use of your fantastic property. Even though it is a large house and there was only me, it was perfect for everything. Close enough to walk everyone and drive if needed. Would definitely return and would highly recommend your property to others. Thank you again.

Everything you need

The house had everything we needed and the space worked for our family. The kitchen in particular was great. It’s not the most updated holiday home, but for a base to enjoy Apollo bay and surrounds, it worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

Needs attention and change to description

The house and yard is very much needing some maintenance and attention. The veranda area is quite high up and the wooden boards are weak and cracked in some areas. We did not allow the kids to go out on the veranda as we were worried that they would fall through. The yard was overgrown and needs attention. We were expecting to have the entire house but once there we were greeted with signs on beds on the bottom level saying do not use and that only the upper part of house was allowed to be used, this was not mentioned on listing or when booking. Overall was not impressed unfortunately.

Lovely surprise.

I wasnt too sure when we first arrived, but the property is beautifully appointed and our stay was wonderful. Everything we needed and in a quiet location. Great weekend.
