A classic 50s beach cabin that instantly transports you to oversized beach towels, foam eskies, and beach umbrellas with frills. Situated near beautiful Skenes Creek and a short walk to ‘Skenies’ beach, you can relax and recapture youthful days by washing the sand off your feet under the front yard tap.

Inside, The Shack has one bedroom with a Queen bed and a view and a second bedroom with bunks.

this, just a short drive to the main town of Apollo Bay and all its restaurants and cafés.

For fresh fish and chips you can’t go past The Apollo Bay Seafood Cafe and for something a little fancier try La Bimba. The famous Wye Beach Hotel is a 20 minute drive and is known for its stunning uninterrupted ocean views and great pub meals.
For your morning coffee you can walk to the local caravan park general store or head to Hello in Apollo Bay which is a hidden gem the locals love!

A car is the best way to explore the Great Ocean Road, however there is a VLine bus that runs along the Great Ocean Road that stops in Skenes Creek and taxis are also available from Apollo Bay.
