Beautiful Villa - Montecarlo- Palmas del Mar - Private Pool and Generator

This Villa is inside the Palmas del Mar resort , an access controlled community on the southeast Caribbean coast of Puerto Rico. The villa has its own private swimming pool. The beach is just a 3.5 minute walk from the villa. Steps from Palmanova Plaza, where you can enjoy fine dining in various restaurants and a convenient store.

The villa has its own generator for the convenience of always having power when there are power outages.

Included in the rental is a 6 passenger golf cart for your enjoyment while moving around the resort.

The Villa is on a second level and has 3 levels. It has 1 bedroom with a 1 king size bed, 1 bedroom with a full size bed and 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds . 2 full bathroom and 1 half bath. Sleeps 10 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has a 75" flat screen TV in the living room and 45" flat screen TV in one of the other rooms. It is served by AC split units throughout, cable, internet and free Wi-Fi . Beautifully furnished with renovated kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Spectacular ocean views from the 3rd level balcony.

It also has an office section with a computer, printer, office chair and table for your convenience.

Palmas del Mar Resort is a truly relaxing and private retreat. Within the 2,760 acres of the complex you can find two golf courses, 20 tennis courts, 3 miles of beaches, horse back riding, miles of jogging path, fishing, marina, snorkeling and fishing excursions, casino restaurants and stores. Palmas del Mar Athletic passes (PAC) are available when you book this villa. With passes you get discounts for golf, tennis courts. Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The home was beautiful and in the most perfect location within Palmas! Views from the roof were amazing! Having the golf cart was totally essential and the communication with the property manager was very prompt. We had the pool cleaned once and the company was there within the hour so there was no delay in us enjoying the pool. Highly recommend and 100% will be back as soon as I possibly can!

Nancy was an amazing host and was quick to help whenever we had any questions. The home was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located right next to the Palmanova plaza so we always had a place to go for breakfast and dinner. I visited with friends who have never been to Puerto Rico and they fell in love with Palmas Del Mar as well as the entire island and have already told me they'd love to visit again. Amazing home base to explore east coast!

Our kids wanted to be in the pool around the clock, but we had to have them leave sometimes to explore the east coast! Easy to get to El Yunque, Fajardo/Luquillo beaches, San Juan, and more. We also had fun with the included golf cart!

A nice townhome in a good neighborhood with all features for a family getaway. The pool though a bit small was enjoyable for the family.Amenities were as suggested, golf cart was a plus to explore the community, the beach near the property was unusable due to exodus of sargassm( sea weeds) and left a strong smell in the air that took some time to get used to it near the property.Host was responsive for any queries.

Wonderful Property
