Beautiful Villa - Montecarlo- Palmas del Mar - Private Pool and Generator

This Villa is inside the Palmas del Mar resort , an access controlled community on the southeast Caribbean coast of Puerto Rico. The villa has its own private swimming pool. The beach is just a 3.5 minute walk from the villa. Steps from Palmanova Plaza, where you can enjoy fine dining in various restaurants and a convenient store.

The villa has its own generator for the convenience of always having power when there are power outages.

Included in the rental is a 6 passenger golf cart for your enjoyment while moving around the resort.

The Villa is on a second level and has 3 levels. It has 1 bedroom with a 1 king size bed, 1 bedroom with a full size bed and 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds . 2 full bathroom and 1 half bath. Sleeps 10 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has a 75" flat screen TV in the living room and 45" flat screen TV in one of the other rooms. It is served by AC split units throughout, cable, internet and free Wi-Fi . Beautifully furnished with renovated kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Spectacular ocean views from the 3rd level balcony.

It also has an office section with a computer, printer, office chair and table for your convenience.

Palmas del Mar Resort is a truly relaxing and private retreat. Within the 2,760 acres of the complex you can find two golf courses, 20 tennis courts, 3 miles of beaches, horse back riding, miles of jogging path, fishing, marina, snorkeling and fishing excursions, casino restaurants and stores. Palmas del Mar Athletic passes (PAC) are available when you book this villa. With passes you get discounts for golf, tennis courts. Great way to spend the holidays

We've stayed at mulitple rentals in the area, and this suspassed them all. Conventient location to the Plaza and inclusion of the golf cart was key.

Midwinter escape from freezing New England!

Loved the safety and convenience of the gated community….great proximity to shops and restaurants. Golf Cart was fantastic to get to around. The many balconies, and pool area were perfect places to relax. We definitely want to return. Thank you to our host Nancy, everything was as promised and then some!

Villa Montecarlo

This was our second stay at Nancy’s property and once again it did not disappoint. The property was clean and well stocked. The best part is its location to The Plaza just steps away to restaurants and shopping. The host is quick to answer any texts or questions. Another bonus is the 6 person golf cart and beach chairs and umbrella. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Private little pool and walking distance to restaurants PERFECT

This townhome is inside a gated community, and it is very clean. My daughters liked the golf cart, my sister liked the rooftop porch, and I loved the small private pool. It is walking distance to a building with shops and restaurants. We rented a car for day trips. I would like to return to next year and rent the same townhome again because it was so nice!

3rd time at villa

This was our 3rd time staying at the villa and again thoroughly enjoyed it. Since our last trip, they have updated the furniture in the dining room and living room making it even more comfortable. Nancy as always was available for any issues, we lost power one of the days for an hour or so and power generator came on without any issues. Will be back again soon!

The pictures do it no justice…the property was absolutely gorgeous. Nancy responded within minutes with any questions that I had. If you do have teenagers though all activities are about 30-45 minutes away which isn’t very far.

Long weekend in Palmas del Mar

We had a wonderful stay in Palmas del Mar for a friends wedding. The villa was very clean and was a good location to get to restaurants. The golf cart was ideal for getting around without requiring the need for a rental car. The generator came in handy when the power went out for a few hours the one day we were there. The generator was a bit loud, but it was better than not having power. The pool area is very convenient. I would recommend the property to others looking for a spacious area in the Palmas area.

Palmas Del Mar

Lots of small issues with the unit. Furniture on the upper deck was torn and the couch cushions stained. Wires dangling, hose handle was broken. Heater for the pool never worked. Microwave blew a fuse with each use. The master bedroom switches work. With the window shades closed, t ft he unit is very dark upstairs. The mmfridge never really got cold. The clothes washers does not fully drain.

A nice townhome in a good neighborhood with all features for a family getaway. The pool though a bit small was enjoyable for the family.Amenities were as suggested, golf cart was a plus to explore the community, the beach near the property was unusable due to exodus of sargassm( sea weeds) and left a strong smell in the air that took some time to get used to it near the property.Host was responsive for any queries.

Amazing home base to explore east coast!

Our kids wanted to be in the pool around the clock, but we had to have them leave sometimes to explore the east coast! Easy to get to El Yunque, Fajardo/Luquillo beaches, San Juan, and more. We also had fun with the included golf cart!

The property is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed having the pool. One thing to consider, this property has a lot of steps. Property manager always provided a quick response to my questions. I would book this property again.

Beautiful Villa

This was my third stay in the villa and it never disappoints. Our friends who had never stayed here really enjoyed the location near the plaza and the gold cart to get around to other areas in Palmas. I especially like that there are beach chairs umbrellas and coolers. The location is great and the property is always very clean and well supplied. I will be renting again next year. And Nancy is always very responsive with any questions or issues. My home away from home in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful home

The property was beautiful and clean. The view from the rooftop deck was the crowning jewel of the property. The pool was clean and fun. There was some confusion as the listing had been misleading regarding bedroom layout so someone ended up on sofa but the property manager quickly corrected the listing on the website. The washing machine had to be restarted 3-4 times each load because it would shut off midway through. The property manager sent someone out but the issue was not resolved by the time we left. The property manager was responsive to all our needs/questions which we greatly appreciate. One last observation was that the house number and street name for the property were confusing since the house number was not on that street but the one before it, so I recommend the listing be updated for future renters. Finding the place at 2 AM when we first arrived had been confusing and took a while to find the actual property.

Montecarlo 245

This was a great stay, we enjoyed the spacious home with private pool very close to the beach and plaza. We all had a great time even though it rained most of the weekend. The golf cart was definitely a plus, we are so glad it was there for our use. Hostess was great! Recomend!
