Very well located, and with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this apartment is not just in a great location, is a walking distance to the best attractions in Miraflores :Kennedy Park , Av. Larco , great restaurants and exciting night life.
The area is super safe and the building is well secured. The condo is very comfortable and well set, linen and towels are provided. Home Owner is an American Professional who understands tourism standards.

Providing a tranquil environment, the apartments is at Designed Apartment in Miraflores feature a full kitchen, a beautiful dining area, a seating area, and TV.

Miraflores Area

Property located in the Miraflores area; very clean unit and modern building. Close to beach area and shopping. Definitely would recommend. Owners professional, attentive and courteous.

Beautifull Condo with great amenities!

We stayed for 12 days in this condo and the check in was great. Vanessa who is the wife's owner was very helpful and always willing to help. The condo was very clean and we loved how it was decorated. Also it has all of the amenities that you are looking to feel like home. It was close to the ocean and parks. It is safe and well located if you want to take a walk and relax. The main Miraflores park is few blocks from this condo. We highly recommend this condo and for sure, We would love to stay again in this place!

Comfortable, clean and great location!

This property is fantastic, centrally located in Miraflores, safe, clean and very comfortable. Location. Centrally located, 10-15 min walk to the beach, parks, Parque Kennedy, Indian Market. Plenty of dining options around and a few small markets and supermarkets very close. I walked every where within Miraflores, and only took transport when visiting Baranco, Surco and other districts. Security. Miraflores is very safe, clean and secure. The building is gated and attended every day but Sunday. Very nice, clean and secure. This is a residential neighborhood and relatively quiet. Comfort. I felt at home at the condo, and was very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely sized, laundry on site was extremely convenient, and rooms were very nicely sized. The smaller bathroom has a small shower with water pressure and temp that is not so great. My travel companion was not happy with her bathroom. My bathroom was spacious, tub and shower and I had no issues with water temperature or pressure. Bed was comfortable and good lighting and outlets available. Noise is noise from traffic, but did not really bother me at all. It is a city of 8 million and really wasn't as significant to me as to others that have reviewed. The one thing I did have a problem with was the wifi. It was very sporadic, especially in the evenings. In the daytime it was fine but at night, when I was there and needed it was not reliable. I managed using my data through my cell provider and my boyfriend's wifi. It is the only thing that was more or a inconvenience, but easily remedied with an updated router. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. John was very helpful and responsive through the process, and Vanessa was friendly and very accommodating. This was my first trip to Lima, and having a nice place to call home for the time there made the trip that much better. I would highly recommend this property or any of John's properties that he offers.

Well located

We found the condo to be well fitted and nicely furnished. The location was ideal for our stay in Lima. The apartment faces the street and the traffic noise is evident. Initially we had difficulty getting in. The contact person did not answer the bell although she was expecting our arrival. We had to contact John Zegarra via e-mail who in turn contacted Vanessa who in turn phoned to let us know she was there to give us a key. comfortable and safe

Overall - this was a really nice place to stay. We ended up with 4 adults and there was room for all of us. It was nice to have a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave - great for leftovers. We enjoyed having a washing machine - the dryer took some planning as it seems to be 110 and takes hours to dry - but still much nicer than planning around a laundrymat. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean. The hall shower was not usable due to poor shower head and the shower pan not sealed. But the master bath shower was great and we just took turns. We had claro with a data plan for our phones - so the wifi being basically nonfunctioning - was a hassle, but not a deal breaker (the router was above the bed) We would definitely come back - it was clean, safe, nice neighborhood, walking distance to shopping, eating and the malecon. I suspect as it is rented out more - the amenities will fill out (salt, pepper, dishsoap, etc) Pretty much as shown by the photos. No surprises there.

Family Travel

My adult Kids (F 31 & M 27) and I traveled Peru and Bolivia over the pasted two weeks. Our first stop was at John's in Miraflores. John was easy to communicate with. Although we never meet John in person other family members helped us with checking in, recommending places to eat close by and providing rides from the airport and back. The Condo felt very safe as well as the Condo's neighborhood.
