Modern Apartment with stunning beach views

Our top floor renovated apartment on the Zeedijk at Koksijde/Coxyde offers stunning views of the beach and the dunes. This is a light and airy apartment with full-length windows in the front and back. Its located in Koksijde-Bad, between Sint-Idesbald and Oostduinkerke. As a home away from home, it has been equipped to enjoy a comfortable stay always. For example, our fabulous robot vacuum cleaner! Its a godsend when the kids and we come back from the beach and mess up the place....

It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets & 1 bathroom, sleeping up to 6 people. The living room is spacious and has a dining table which seats 6. The modern open plan kitchen has a built-in combi oven-microwave, induction stove, dishwasher & combi washing machine-dryer. No built-in coffee machine as we are not coffee drinkers, but we have compensated with a Senseo machine for you coffee lovers out there.

There is enough closet space even if you want to spend a month! We probably went a bit a bit overboard but we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

There are 2 bicycles available for guests to use(1 ladies and 1 gents)!

NOTE: Cleaning is included by default in the price. So, no need to clean the apartment at check out. Just enjoy your vacation and leave without a worry :D

NOTE 2: We recommend that you bring your own Towels & Bed linen. Alternatively, If you would like us to provide the Bed Linen, Towels and Kitchen Towels, then let us know and we can send you an updated offer with 90€ extra for the cost of the linen & towels included.

NOTE 3: NOTE 3: Although we usually have a minimum of 2 nights(Friday night & Saturday night usually ), we have set a minimum of 7 nights(Friday to Friday) during the Belgian school holidays(Krokus, Easter, Summer, Autumn & Christmas) due to the cleaning companies we use who have too much work during the high season and prefer that we choose 1 weekday per week and we chose Friday. So, Friday to Friday it is! For example during Easter in April from 5th April to 19th April, we only accept Friday to Friday bookings. Same for summer from 18th June to August 30th. In case not clear, do not hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you!

We live a bit away and to ease the handling of keys, etc, we have a smart lock on the apartment door and a key safe for the building door downstairs. The guests are assumed to have a smartphone which is either Apple iOS or Android based so that they can operate the smart lock. Unfortunately, the smart lock does not support Windows phones yet :(

The residence has a lift/elevator and a bicycle storage room. The apartment is on the 6th floor, which is the top floor. There are sufficient parking spaces around which cost 5€ per day. There is also free parking which is a couple of hundred meters away on the big street(Koninklijke baan)

There is always life around with plenty to offer kids & adults alike. From the go-carting, trampoline, bouncing castles on the beach dike to the Navigo Fishery Museum or shopping in Nieuwpoort, there is always something new to be discovered. The famous coastal tram stop is just around the corner(Koksijde Lejeunelaan)
