Get your ultimate relaxation on in this four bedroom, three full bath beach getaway. Enjoy memorable views from either the upper porch or lower screened deck. The home is surrounded by palm trees and gorgeous landscaping. Get the best beach experience with tasteful coastal themed decor throughout the home. The home has an abundance of natural light. Take in the breathtaking views from the living room, master bedroom and outdoor decks. The ever changing marsh and tide will provide you with spectacular views and wildlife sightings.
The main living area has comfortable furnishings, smart TV with soundbar for all of your entertainment needs. Check out the night sky using the telescope in the living room. There are DVD's and games to enjoy after a long beach day.
This kitchen features a new stove, with built in air fryer, and microwave. The kitchen has everything you may need to make the perfect meals. There are numerous areas to enjoy your dinner with friends and family. The dining room table seats six, while the breakfast table seats four. Or, take your meal outdoors onto the screened in porch.
The master bedroom is a wonderful retreat. It has a comfy king size bed with new mattress and direct access to the upper deck. It also enjoys a private master bath, with double sinks, separate shower, and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with new mattress on the first floor and the second full bathroom conveniently located just out from the room. The third and fourth bedrooms are located upstairs. One room boasts a full bed with direct access to the third floor game room and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, recently renovated! This room also has a smart TV. The other room has built in bunk beds with en-suite bathroom access. Newly installed HVAC units boast dual wavelength UVC/UVV purification and oxidizing system that kills and sterilizes germs and controls odors in the home.
This beach house is unique with a fun, third floor hang out room for kids with a TV for your HDMI compatible devices. Curl up with a good book on the couch in the living room, enjoy the view, or watch a movie. It has a great entertainment system and makes for a great evening spending time with the family.
Another great gathering spot is outside at the picnic area. Complete with chairs, picnic table, and an amazing view. After your stay here, you will not want to go home! This home comes with a golf cart for you to head to the beach or explore Harbor Island. The dock photographed does not belong to this property. It is simply part of the view.
This property is pet friendly and will allow up to two dogs maximum, with pre-approval for the second dog and a $200 pet fee per animal.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
