Full private floor (first floor villa), four-room apartment, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, own terrace and garden. Access to the sea is only a few steps away (about ten meters). Every bedroom is air-conditioned. BBQ available.

Beautiful, stone Mediterranean villa on the very edge of the Adriatic Sea, on the eastern side of the beautiful island of Brač. Built entirely of stone from the island of Brač - the same stone used to build the White House and the historic Diocletian's Palace in Split, along with many other monumental buildings in Dalmatia. The bay on which it is located is peaceful and beautiful, with a crystal clear sea suitable for swimming.

The villa offers views of the bay overlooking Sumartin, Makarska, Biokovo and the island of Hvar. The villa is located in a quiet and private place offering peace and quiet in a beautiful Mediterranean setting, surrounded by centuries-old pine trees, with rosemary and lavender scent.

The private terrace is just a few steps away from the crystal clear sea with a beach (10 meters away) for swimming and sunbathing. There is also a boat mooring buoy. With its perfect position in the bay, the villa offers many activities on the sea such as water skiing, diving, fishing and sailing. Just a few minutes walk from the villa, you will enjoy a tasty local restaurant serving delicious homemade cuisine.

Priceless views, beautiful surroundings and direct access to the sea make this villa for your perfect island experience. Enjoy the seclusion and essence of relaxation with coffee on the terrace at sunrise, sunbathing in the cove and delicious homemade wine, either on the beach at night or on the private terrace.

formidable maison en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location idéalement située, au calme et avec un accès direct à la mer. la petite plage de rocher est orientée est donc idéalement à l'ombre pour s'abriter de la chaleur l'après midi (mais au soleil le matin). les propriétaires, sympathiques et discrets, nous ont laissé utiliser leur kayak de mer. litterie très conforable.
