Gorgeous Newer Condo w/luxurious pool and a 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach

This 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms sleeps 5 and features central a/c, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and includes free WiFi and Cable TV and a gas BBQ Grill.
This community is ideally situated just a 6-7 minute walk to several beach accesses, shopping & numerous dining options in the heart of the fun and safe tourist/ expat town of Punta Cana, called El Cortecito. Great proximity with the Punta Cana International Airport 22 minute drive, San Juan Super mall, 16 minute drive, 9 championship golf courses just 4 - 35 minute drive away. Palma Real Mall just a 4 minute drive away. Sidewalks are now in, so ease in walking is possible nearly everywhere.

By car – just a 4 to 35 minute drive to the Punta Cana International airport; large and modern shopping malls and plazas offering supermarkets, international brand name shops, IMAX theatres, 9 championship golf courses, hospitals and clinics, ocean parks, water parks & much more! The rental car company is directly next door to our property management office.

Our award-winning property management / Real Estate offices are just a short 5 minute walk away where our friendly staff is ready to assist with any additional needs or questions you may have, including an array of tours and excursions we offer and book for our guests at discounted rates.

Please note in an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately based on your consumption during your stay. The average cost will normally vary between US$2 and US$10 per day, but could fall outside this range, depending on your usage and can be self monitored daily. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out and will be charged separately on your credit card via VRBO

Month long stay

Nice resort but the listing was a bit misleading. Unit was pretty dated and needs some upgrades . Over all we enjoyed the property and location was great, close to the beach and restaurants.

Great stay

We enjoyed the condo and area. Close to beach, five to ten minute walk. We did one shop at Jumbo then used the markets nearby. Ciccolcella had a very good selection. Both the market and restaurants were about fifteen minute walk. Enjoyed Citrus, Taino, La Casa Del Vino, Onno’s beach bar (Jacqueline) were some of many we enjoyed. Condo grounds are well kept, other guests were great to visit with. Check in and out with Gregory was seamless. Condo was as advertised. A few upgrades would be good by the owner, but very liveable. Perfect place for a family gateaway

We are a family of 4 and chose this place for a stay of 6 nights as it was convenient to all local restaurants around the Bavaro beach area of Punta Cana. We had a rental car and this place allowed us to try out many local restaurants and drive to Bavaro beach, Macao beach, and Ecological Park. 2 bedrooms and 1 with 2 beds allowed the convenience to my 2 young adults. Todd was quick in providing the response during the booking process and Gregory checked us in on Christmas evening (sorry but thank you Gregory). The checkout process was smooth and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
