This place was great- it was clean, and had a wood burning fireplace- that was my only criteria! Since I was by myself, I cooked both nights, and the kitchen was well stocked. For the price, you can't beat this place...

Great location in Incline Village - easily walk / bike to stores and Kings Beach. Pool and hot tub on property. Condo had basic necessities (dishes, towels, detergents) - very straight forward. No air conditioning but plenty of fans. Quiet. Clean.

Modest and Cozy 2BR close to everything
Great location. Modest and cozy two bedroom with spacious dinning and living area. Linens were clean, towels were plentiful. Dish washer washed poorly to the point that I had to wash most dishes by hand.

The whole experience was great . We had to check in late but the process was super easy. The ladies at the office were really nice. The property itself was clean . We felt at home . We’re definitely coming back during the summer.

We only slept 3 but there were 2 queen beds, plus 2 singles. And a large couch if you needed that for sleeping. A lot of small details were already taken care of... spices in kitchen, tablets for washing machine, and dishwasher. We were there to meet family staying nearby and went skiing 2x, at the very nearby Diamond Peak ski resort which is very family friendly.

It was a lovely place. It snowed while we were there and the snow removal was excellent. Loved the bedside USB ports. The kitchen is well appointed - plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. It could use a better knife or two but we managed. Our only complaint was the faucets are hard to turn off/on.

The property manager who saved families life coaching us in through a blizzard is a SAINT. The home was spot on exactly as it looked: clean, simple, warm, easy. We were there to eat, ski and sleep. My friends rented a LAVISH place around the corner but we preferred the homey comfort of this straightforward place. Extra blakets, space heaters and pillows were AMAZING. Would book this again in a heartbeat.
Property was clean and was accurately listed. Our arrival was delayed due to flights. We got to the property at 1:00 AM and the door code did not work. Grateful that there was a 24-hour service line. They got us into the property in about 5 minutes.
Location was convenient and plenty of parking.
This condo is pretty dated and it was advertised for 7 guests. There only 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds. So someone had to sleep on the couch. The location was convenient though.

First of all, the pictures on the websites do not totally capture the cleanness and brightness of this roomy place. Great location - walking distance to the beach and grocery store. Plenty of towels and bed sheets. Heater is quiet and efficient.
Only down part which is described on the website - they don't provide baking paper, food wrapper, hand soaping, body wash, shampoo, etc.

The kitchen will not have condiments, because everyone's sense of taste and style of cooking are different. Personal hygiene essentials are not provided due to allergy issues. Overall, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again. -Lake Tahoe Accommodations
Felt homey & cozy. Very clean. Our kids cried when we left because they enjoyed it so much. Would definitely stay there again.
