Great Lake Tahoe rental, one block from Lake, only a five minute walk to the Beaches. This lovely one story lower elevation home has a large hot tub on the back deck. Large master suite with TV, couch and fireplace opens onto the deck with hot tub. You have a large living room with wraparound fireplace and TV/VCR/DVD. House is wired for high speed internet connectivity with WIFI. Located only five minutes from skiing at Diamond Peak, the Hyatt Casino or the Championship Golf Courses of Incline Village. This is great choice for your next Tahoe vacation home.

Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village, community pools and hot tubs are only open for home owners and full time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.

Brilliant location wonderful property

Stayed to enjoy snowboarding during Spring Break. Incline Village is a wonderful town and this vacation property was a real treat. Clean and as described in the listing. Property management also top notch professionals who want to make sure you’re well taken care of.

Adorable house in a great location

We loved our stay at this property! From the start, the rental company was extremely easy to communicate with via the app and text message and the check-in process was a breeze (we arrived while the office was open). The house is definitely on the older side, but the bathrooms are nicely updated. Everything was clean and comfy. The owners had a bunch of firewood that were allowed to use. The neighborhood is a great location near town and is regularly snow plowed (even the driveway) if you're there in the winter. You're also able to park in the garage (our truck did not fit though). And the hot tub was fantastic! We ended up packing way too much kitchen stuff as the listing made it sound like there wouldn't be much available, but it's definitely a fully stocked kitchen (in terms of cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, etc). There's also new appliances (oven, etc). Overall we loved our stay at this house in Incline Village. We would definitely stay there again!

Incline village

Great location and overall nice place...in definite need of some updates, and maintenance to make sure everything works correctly. I think foe the price, I expected a little more..but your paying for location
