Boasting two spacious floors, both with incredible wrap-around decks to enjoy FMB's famous sunrises and sunsets, the duplex stands tall mid-island putting you close to everything! With grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment just down the road, you'll find there is never a shortage of things to do. Stroll across the street for a dip in the ocean, or take the free tram down to Times Square. The main level features a bedroom with a king bed and a living room sleeper sofa. The upper level of the home has a bedroom with a king, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and the final guest room has a full and twin trundle.

The building's fresh-water pool is surrounded by plenty of outdoor space for the entire family to enjoy. The pool area is shared with the other half of the duplex.
There is a brand new public exercise pad next to the property for guests to use.

Great place for a friend's weekend!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place! Plenty of bedrooms and the outdoor space was fantastic including the pool and 2nd floor covered deck. Not a ton of indoor hang out space but we spent the majority of our time at the pool, beach, or deck but that's exactly what you want in Florida in February.

Good location, clean, and big enough for our group

the house is beautiful, updated, and well suited for our group size. we were able to check in when we arrived easily and communication with the property manager was good. we walked pretty much everywhere and truly enjoyed our stay! the only think lacking is an indoor table big enough for everyone to eat dinner. there is one outside though

Great location with a pool

The property is very well kept. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of linens. The pool area was great and a perfect retreat from the beach. The kitchen was perfect for our week with all the cookware needed. Having 2 master suites was perfect! We loved this location as well.

Spring Break 2022

We absolutely loved staying here for Spring Break. It was perfect for two families. The pool area is great & we loved all the outdoor sitting area. If there was anything we would change, it would be that it was a little closer to the square, but other than that it was perfect!

Wonderful vacation rental

This property was very great and added on to my fun vacation. It was nice to relax in the pool and chill on the balcony. Beautiful house and location. The kids enjoyed it and so did we. The only thing was the snug rooms and water pressure for the sinks and showers that were a bit off. But the overall house was very spacious and 10/10 would recommend.

Spring Break 2020

This property was very nice. Pictures online do make place appear bigger but with the amazing weather we were inside for breakfast, dinner and to sleep. The porches are great, along with the patio by pool and close proximity to the beach. We took advantage of the beach items available to guests (plenty of options; sand toys, beach chairs, wagon, coolers etc.) and the grill by pool. Would definitely book again.

3 family week stay

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Would recommend better tv programming for little ones. We had 3 families totaling 11 with kids & we had plenty of bed space but livingroom was a bit smaller. Pictures do make it look huge but it’s still such a perfect location & we all enjoyed our time there regardless. We will definitely book again!

Great house for our group.

We were a group of 3 families staying in unit B. The location was perfect for us, it was quiet and right across the beach. Although the house was clean, some parts do need more attention. There was a table/chairs set on the terrace that is falling apart rendering it unusable, and the sink faucet on the first floor is just a trickle. Despite that, we did have a good time and would stay there again. The check in/check out process is very easy.

Overall Good, Except for Damaged Furniture

Overall this was a great property and served the needs of our group. We were highly disappointed when we arrived and much of the upstairs patio furniture was destroyed and unuseable. We rented the unit to have access to this large covered outdoor space. When I reached out to the management company upon arrival- they said they’d send someone over. We never saw or heard anything.

Had to have maintenance come 4 times

Property was very nice overall. Unfortunately, the AC upstairs was not working, the dryer did not work, the garbage disposal was clogged, and when they fixed the dryer they broke the washer. I will say they were pretty prompt in sending resources to fix issues. The problem is we had to spend a significant time dealing with these issues with no apologies from property management or contact as they promised.

My family of 5 stayed here with another family of 5. We had so much fun, it was well stocked with what we needed, the pool was very nice and we loved the outdoor area on the top floor. The outside storage had a few wagons, coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys which was nice. Our toaster was broke and we had a light out and both were addressed efficiently. There were a few things it could use and I know a few other reviewers have mentioned also. There was a blind missing in the upstairs master, it allowed no privacy for those staying in that room if someone else wanted to sit outside. A few of the door handles were messed up, but we were able to get them to work with some finagling. And thirdly, it could use another mirror on the first floor, whether it be in the main living area or the bedroom. It made it difficult with 3 teenagers and 2 adults to get ready with the only mirror on the first floor being in the bathroom. If someone was in the shower no one else could get ready. The things I mentioned were minor and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Super nice and great communication!!!

We had a nice stay! Everything was clean. There is no kitchen table, no space for it. And if someone is sleeping on the pull out sofa there is no where to sit. They had everything we needed in the storage area. Chairs, sand toys, umbrella (we did not have a wagon). The pool heater did not work for our stay, but they made it right and refunded us. It was very nice to be right across the street from the beach. Made it easy to get there and back. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Perfect place and location!

This house was perfect for our 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was very nice- warm and clean. And it was walking distance to some great restaurants, right across from beach access, and there was a path next to us leading to a park and playground behind the house. We wished there was a dining room table for games/puzzles, but the outdoor deck space was nice. We had one issue with the thermostat (turned out to be user error) and they sent someone out quickly to take a look at it. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. If I had to mention anything for a chance for improvement there would be a couple of things. One - no water pressure in either bathroom sinks. Two - got a parking ticket when one car was in the grass. No signs on the property to say no Parking on the grass other than one on the road that we noticed after the ticket. Front suite guests should have parked in the front.
