Welcome to your getaway at Bayview Sunset Getaway A upstairs duplex 2-bedroom 2-bath. You will love waking up to breathtaking views of the bay. You are close to Times Square. Just bring your small boat or kayak and tie it up to the dock. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a delicious meal in our well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy spending time around the pool with the family. We have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. You will find a master king bedroom, a guest queen bedroom, and a third-level loft area with a queen bed, making this home sleep 6 comfortably. Come see why the fun never stops at Bayview Sunset Getaway A!

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If you are looking for a day trip, check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse, less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area has been rebuilt since Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Guest shower was inoperable. Cleaning crew had to have known as there would be no way to clean the bathtub/shower. So we were left to 3 adults sharing one bathroom. 2 live wires hanging beneath the cabinet. Chairs that were shown in a ‘sitting area’ in master bedroom were removed to leave a gaping space that left the area looking like a cave. No lamp in upstairs loft which makes it dangerous when one gets up in the night. No TV in either loft or 2nd bedroom. I called and texted - no response until the 2nd day when they said they’d send someone while we were not there which isn’t ok. Several attempts to connect with sun properties went unanswered. Honestly, we’ve had several amazing experiences at other properties. Despite the favorable location - and the fact that the pool is shared with other tenants, we would not stay here again not use sun properties. Very disappointed.
