Summary:
Perched on top of a mountain with views as far as the eye can see, this extraordinary 1bed/2bath (second bed is in the loft so not a true bedroom) provides all comforts of home with the charms of rustic Smoky Mtn Living: BBQ Grill, Hottub, SmartTV, Wifi, Brand New Arcade and comfy beds and linens. Close to restaurants and activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only our sister house next door-- rent both for larger groups! Be our guests-- We do our best to make your trip unforgettable:)

The Space:
Great open layout with 1 King bedroom w ensuite bathroom, 1 lofted double bed (where the pool table is-- there's now a full bed + the pool table) + ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

The wall of windows lets for stunning views from all around the home. It's what you see is what you get! Come have unforgettable moments in this stunning cabin!

Nice view

The cabin has a nice view of Pigeon Forge and The Island fireworks. The open concept makes it feel spacious. Easy access to the cabin. Management checked in periodically and responded in a timely manner to messages.

Anniversary Trip

Cabin has a beautiful view and is great for a private retreat. The parking is a little tight for larger vehicles, but manageable. The cabin has a good location along with some privacy also. The host were good to work with and always responded in a timely manner.

Short Family Escape

Great cabin for a private retreat in the mountains. We enjoyed the stay. The view is very pretty. Drive up the mountain is definitely steep for those not use to the terrain.

Amazing View

Shooting Starrs cabin was a very lovey, homey place for our family of three to spend a few days tucked away in TN. The cabin is well kept and has a breathtaking view of the mountains from the decks. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are a bit outdated, though perfectly functional and clean. It was nice having new TVs throughout and the hot tub on the deck. We enjoyed having the pool table but would recommend that it be leveled as it was a bit unbalanced. I would note that there was no washing machine or dryer which would have been nice to have having been provided only 4 towels for our week long stay. The cabin is centrally located right at Dollywood, in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Admittedly, the road on which the cabin is located was a touch steep and narrow in some places for my anxiety but if you want the breathtaking view you make the drive! One of the most important things for us is always the hosts and the hosts of Shooting Starrs were top notch! From booking to check-out, they were incredibly pleasant and checked in regularly to make sure our stay in as going well. Would definitely recommend Shooting Star!
