About this property

Summary:

Nestled on a peaceful 1-acre wooded lot in the Smokies, this charming cabin is perfect for family or friends to relax and reconnect. Enjoy morning birdsong, evenings by the custom firepit, and serene mountain surroundings. Just 20 minutes from the National Park and 15 minutes from Douglas Lake, the cabin features three levels with one private en-suite bedroom per floor. The Space:

This home exudes true cabin charm! Towering cathedral windows fill the space with natural light, while the large backyard, outdoor deck, and game room offer plenty of room to relax and play. After a day of hiking, soak in the bubbling hot tub and unwind. The cabin blends all the comforts you need with a rustic, simple style—no-frills, cozy, and authentically mountain—giving you the perfect cabin experience.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the cabin

Other Things to Note:

Our WiFi has a limited data allowance, so please avoid heavy usage like online gaming, large file downloads/uploads, or Zoom meetings (use your hotspot for those). WiFi is best for Netflix and general browsing. Normal use under 30GB is plenty; any usage over 30GB will be charged $5/GB.

Feel free to enjoy the fire pit—bring your own firewood and make sure to fully extinguish the fire afterward.

Notes:

4WD vehicles are recommended December–April.

Fireplace is off May–October.

Cleaning fee covers general cleaning, trash removal, and laundry. Additional charges may apply for extra items or excessive mess.

The cabin uses mountain well water. Natural minerals like iron may cause a distinct smell; this is normal and the water is safe to use.

Extra guest fee: $35 per night after the 6th guest.

Seasonal Note:

Because the cabin is in a natural, wooded area, you may occasionally see insects. In the winter, ladybugs are especially common around windows and warm areas. They are harmless, but a few may find their way inside despite regular cleaning. Thank you for your understanding!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area.

What a beautiful cabin. We spent three fabulous days in the cabin. It’s so peaceful and quiet. The three bedrooms were perfect for us. All of the accommodations were top shelf. If you wanted to spend time on the two outside decks, or shoot pool, or just relax in the spa you could Bo it in this cabin. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax in the piece and quite.

Great stay

The best part of this cabin is that every room has their own bathroom. The 3rd floor has the queen bed, that room got extremely hot which was expected since it’s at the top. The room in the main floor has a jack and jill bathroom and a queen bed. The jacuzzi sits outside the living room. Very well maintained, just needs a light above it for better visibility at night. The wifi like it’s been already said is spotty, don’t expect good connectivity. However, with AT&T, my cell service was good. The kitchen has a door to go downstairs where there’s a living room with 2 couches and a pool table. There’s a bedroom with a queen bed. It was a very spacious cabin. I would recommend going there FIRST then going sight seeing. We did not head there till after 5pm and it snowed. The snow immediately turned into ice which made it impossible for us (front wheel drive) to get up the mountain. Highly recommend if going in the winter, go with AWD and before the temperature drops to freezing. Would definitely rebook this cabin again. It is about 20-25 min from pigeon forge/Gatlinburg area.

What makes this property unique

The home has a true cabin charm! Large cathedral windows bring in tons of natural light and there's plenty of space to stretch out, whether in the large back yard, the outdoor patio/deck, or in the game room. You'll have all the comforts of home and MORE with a bubbly warm hot tub to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking.

The home has all the little things a guest would like, but at the same time keeping it rustic, no-frills, and simple-- the true cabin experience :).
