About this property

This fabulous home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, dual master bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and an additional common bathroom which leads out on to over sized lanai with TV and pool private deck area. Ample living area, with separate formal dining space and breakfast nook off of the kitchen. Both master bedrooms benefit from beautiful natural light from the sliding glass doors out to the pool. The garage has been converted to a fun games room with air hockey table, pool table and foosball. The Manor at West Haven, is located near Champions Gate which offers shopping, a vast array of restaurants and easy access to golf, all local theme parks and attractions as well as a ideal location for the work day commute.

Home has just been all tiled in main living-room area, master bedroom and master bath, all freshly painted with all new living room, and master bedroom furniture.

POOL HEATING IF REQUIRED IS $28 A DAY, POOL HEATER RUNS FOR 10-12 HOURS. HEATER RUNS BOTH POOL AND SPA

Spacious and modern, great for all the family

We stay for 2 weeks over thanksgiving and the property was just as good as the pictures, we opted for pool heat and it was worth every penny after many long days at all the parks we can unwind in the heated pool and spa to finish the day off. Communication with agent was seamless and when we had a slight issue it was resolved instantly. Great location for all parks and shops/restaurants We are planning on return in a few years and will be planning of staying here again

Fantastic property

As a family we spent a tiring week, doing everything that Disney had to offer. It was fantastic at the end of a day to return to such a beautiful and well maintained home. We have stayed in the West Haven area on a number of occasions and it is a very safe, quiet area which is also well maintained. The home is very modern and comfortable with everything you need / want for a holiday. The pool and games room were big favourites of our daughter. We would thoroughly recommend this home and are already looking to return.

Beautiful property

The property is well located for Disney, clean, decorated nicely, well equiped and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the air hocky table was broken and there was no football table as shown in the pictures which was disappointing for our kids.
