Stay in this Older but Cozy House newly renovated, Just 2 & 1/2 blocks to the Convention Center, FAMOUS Wildwood Beach & Boardwalk. Water Parks, Shopping, Dining, & Entertainment, and the FREE Friday Night Fireworks that only Wildwood offers are also close. right across from wildwood high school, this house offers Free Comcast Blast WiFi, Ice Cold AIR CONDITIONING, OFF-STREET PARKING, BBQ GRILL, Pong Table Available(420 friendly) Among many other Amenities. There are (2)1br & a 2br. We rent for all major events such as basketball tournaments, PROMS, Memorial Day Weekend, Soccer, 4th of July, laborday weekend, Irish wknd, car shows, Frisbee, Lacrosse Tournaments. Very convenient to beach and boardwalk

I stayed here with my family and dog. The property was exactly as described in the video. It’s super convenient to everything you’d want to do in Wildwood. We enjoyed our time here and appreciated the hospitality of the host.

Good small place to stay

Place was perfect due to being out and enjoying the weather so much! Anthony was accommodating and was there for any of our needs. Place was on the smaller side but you can see that in the pictures. Would stay again Anthony is a nice guy!

Family trip with pet

First time taking our dog to the beach I found this listing last minute the place was very clean and close to the boardwalk and restaurants in the area. The owner Anthony was very nice great communication and very friendly. Would stay again. The Otto family and Uno the dog.

DO NOT STAY!!!!!!! The oven was so rusted I was afraid of tetanus if cooked a frozen pizza. The shower was nasty dirty to the point I didn’t set foot in it. The tiny space heater was NOT adequate for the space. The host informed me to bring my own linen and bath towels the day I was to check in. I crashed the first night and made arrangements to stay at a motel nearby for my other 2 nights. As of this writing I reached out to Vrbo and got a refund for unused nights

Clean, comfy, and affordable

I booked this reservation based on the owner’s good recent reviews. It was the most affordable option I found that allowed my dogs to come along and we couldn’t have asked for more. Small balcony was a huge plus, and all the basic amenities were fine. For the price, it’s absolutely excellent, and Anthony was awesome at keeping good communication with me. I would love to stay again. Thanks!!

Do not rent this property

It was ok because I had a good time with my family we made the best of it... But the property should not be for rent on VRBO they need to really do an inspection because It was not sanitary or safe staying there...

SAFE? The police station is on the next block and there are cameras outside everywhere! The unit was bleached and sanitized prior to guest's arrival! The property is inspected by the city twice every year! The state should be inspecting you for doing illegal drugs(mushrooms) around that child!

We did not stay here we requested a refund the owner refused. The mattress are disgusting, the place is dirty. It’s dirty you have to be a dirty person to sleep in there and bring your own linen. Refrigerator was omg nasty . This place is probably useful for a young crowd who gets drunk and gets high and will sleep anywhere. I give this place 0 and the fact that I didn’t stay there and told Tony and he refuse to refund me is insane.

Property owner Anthony was totally cool and down to earth. House was full and you would never know because it's really quiet inside the unit. I was nervous because I was traveling with an infant and wasn't sure if I would disturb other guest or they would disturb us. Bathroom was a bit small and no door on the bedroom. But we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. N were able to hang a sheet in the door way for a little privacy so it all worked out great! Definitely would recommend. I liked not having to walk through a lobby while coming n going through your typical hotel plus the 420 friendly is awesome since every where else is smoke free areas!

terrible experience. Place smelled like gas. @ of my daughters had immediate asthma attacks. Advertised as sleeping 9 - guess that means with one bed put in the kitchen! Contacted the owner who only states he was sorry about the kids. No parking as advertised. Asked for refund a refund for 2 weeks and have not heard A THING from from VRBO or the owner !! DO NOT BOOK THRU HERE!!

There was nothing wrong with the accommodations, people have been staying there all season with no issues. I offered the guests another unit, but received no response. 9 is the maximum occupancy if couples slept on each of the twin beds and 3 people slept on the full bed. There is a driveway, 1 spot provided, but also free parking on the street. I can not speak for customer service, but I provide clean, affordable, quality accommodations. There is a maintenance man on sight to rectify any issues that should arise.

Anthony is a very helpful and nice host. The rental is very close to the beach as well as the boardwalk. And parking was decent. However the place was a tad bit smaller than we had anticipated. Along with that it reeked of cat pee. Overall it was an ok stay

Nastiest place in Wildwood

We did not stay. We paid to stay at this dump. We arrived and thought that this must be a mistake because it looked like a condemned property. We went inside, after walking thru the junkyard maze, and the stench of urine hit us immediately. There were bugs, mice, and filth galore. This place is not fit for humans. The owner should be ashamed at the very least. We contacted customer service as well as the owner and, after speaking with the gentleman staying downstairs who, unfortunately, had brought 5 kids and nowhere else to stay. . we left.. They, (the guys downstairs)actually, slept in their vehicles their first night. The owner is refusing to refund our money and I will be contacting everyone and anyone about this property so that no one else ever gets duped just as we did. This was the worst experience ever and extremely upsetting not to mention expensive! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY unless you like unsafe, dirty, disgusting, skeevy places.

A complete lie. Some people just want attention and love to complain. It really is sad, this person has no life and gets joy out of hating on others. I really feel sorry for this person and your family; that is a sad existence. If you would kindly read the other reviews, none of the other guests have had those issues. Each unit is thoroughly bleached, sanitized and disinfected before each guest arrives. My theory is that since it rained on the 1 day she could afford to book, so being the cheapskate she is, figured if she made up some malarkey, she could get a refund #patheticexcuseforahumanbeing #getajobandstoplivingoffthegovernment

Great 4th of July weekend

My 23 year old son and his friend stayed at Anthony’s apartment for a long weekend. He said it was very clean and very convenient to get to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and bars. Easy communication with Anthony as well. Thanks for the hospitality Anthony!

It is a smaller unit, but is the same as seen in the photos. It was cleaned, like all units are properly bleached and sanitized after each guest. This guest was more mad that I would not give them an additional unit for only $25/night as he offered! Quite delusional if you ask me! I did give them the additional unit for only $100/night, which is less then half of which they payed for the original unit! This seemed more then fair, but I guess this guy is a real cheapskate.
