Use your unique entry code and make yourself at home. You have a queen platform bed with memory foam topper. Blackout blinds and sound machine for a good night's sleep. Large bath with roll in shower, grab bars, bench seat and hand held sprayer. Wall mount hair dryer. Flat screen TV, Fios 100 Mbps WiFi, separate thermostat for heat and AC. Euro-style combo washer/dryer, iron. Snacks, drinks, maps and area guides in your room. The kitchenette area features a pub table, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, small (two egg?) griddle, coffee pot, electric kettle, rice cooker. Use of the backyard with grill, firepit, picnic table. Friendly terriers will greet you from the sideyard but are safely behind a fence.

Great location and excellent host!

This was lovely and affordable lodging. It is a smaller vrbo and doesn't have a full kitchen but this was fine as we did not plan to cook meals. Diane provided a nice assortment of snacks and drinks and other amenities . There is a mini fridge, toaster oven etc.

STAY HERE if you’re going to Arlington National Cemetery! Perfect, convenient & a great price!!!

This place is perfect for just 1 or 2 people. Very clean, neat and comfortable with a surprising amount of amenities. A much better value than any hotel room in my opinion. VERY COMFORTABLE BED! Very nice bathroom and walk-in shower, with super water pressure! (I would give an extra star if I could just for the comfy bed and good water pressure.) My husband & I stayed here while in town for my grandfather’s funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. This place is just a few minutes away from the cemetery. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. I can’t say enough good things about it. Oh yeah, and a wonderful host! Would definitely stay here again.

Diane provides every attention to detail including snacks and food in the fridge. The suite was spacious with plenty of storage for our belongings. The washer/dryer came in handy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!!!!

This little room is just as advertised: clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The safe, off street, level parking, makes it an easy entrance for coming and going. Everything you need Diane has thought of! .....in a super convenient location.
