About this property

Chic Denver Tech studio

Our place is located at the popular Denver Tech Center area. It is a guest suite adjacent to our main home. It has its own entrance and is located on the main level (not basement). We recently renovated it to make it look modern, chic and cozy. It has a queen size bed and an additional queen size (pullout) sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with a medium size refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher and a convection microwave oven. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, high speed internet and Xfinity cable with hundreds of channels. A beautiful park with a playground and trail is located behind the home for outdoor activities. The guest suite is also in walking distance to Fiddlers Green Amphitheater, a short drive to Park Meadows Mall with a great shopping and dining experience. Other nearby places of interest include Top Golf, Centennial Airport, Sky Ridge Hospital/Medical Center, and many more shopping/restaurant options. We are also in walking distance of a local brewery and a health food grocery store. The home is in between the Arapahoe RTD light rail station and the Dry Creek Station; 30 minutes on the train will bring you to downtown Denver.

We had a great stay here! The space was VERY clean—not huge, but definitely spacious enough for a comfortable trip. While we didn’t use the kitchen much, it was well equipped, and I really appreciated that. The interior is thoughtfully designed, and the location is peaceful yet conveniently located for exploring Denver, whether heading downtown or out to Red Rocks. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

My boyfriend and I were in town for a few days to attend a concert at Mile High stadium, and this property fit our needs perfectly. The space is spotless, comfortable, quiet and provides everything you'd need or a short stay. It is attached to the main home of the owners, but we actually never heard or encountered them and had no need to reach out with questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend this listing and would stay again.

Nice short stay

We stayed in this studio for 2 days. It was very cute and had the essentials we needed. Although attached to the main house and garage we were not disturbed by noise. It was nice to have kitchen essentials, limited spices, coffee, and water. Thank you for a restful stay. Would stay again for sure if they will have us.

Great place for overnight stay

My family enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was the perfect location with quick access to so many things. Everything we needed was furnished and extra touches like laundry soap and dish soap were nice to have on hand when we arrived. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a home away from home place to land.

Great Place and Great Location!

This little getaway is perfect for a small family, couples, or solo travelers. Very quiet neighborhood. Great park and trail behind the house as my friend that came to visit me brought her daughter one day and she just Loved that little park. One of the nicest places I've stayed at hands down. Will stay here again on every business trip when available!

Perfect Location for Fiddler's Green

This was our first time in Colorado, so we just picked randomly where to stay. And it ended up being perfect!! The place was very clean and the neighborhood was so quiet. It’s close to the highway which is very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back!

Clean, quiet - a great stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The check-in was so easy, the communication very fast, and nice touches (including built-in USB port for charging our phones on the bedside table, and water bottles in the fridge for us - very helpful on our hikes!) It was the perfect getaway spot for us. Thank you!

Denver Studio Great Location

Chose this property for it’s location and price. Very clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay and overall very happy with our choice. Only complaint was the bedding which really needs to be replaced and upgraded as the mattress too soft.
