Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit in oceanfront building with sweeping views of ocean! Building is ON the boardwalk just north of Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach-- close to everything but located on the quiet north side of town. Expansive balcony overlooks ocean, boardwalk and rides! Beach front pool with outdoor shower and grill. In unit stacked washer and dryer. Garage parking for two cars. Four beach badges are provided (children 11 and under are free). SSH Rental Permit #2245
Primary Renter must be 25 or older. No group rentals (no proms) or disruptive gatherings which may result in disturbances to the surrounding community.

Place was beautiful and clean- plenty of room for guests, location is great (walk onto beach and boardwalk) yet private. Rental process was a breeze; Would definitely return. Such a relaxing vacation!

Great location on Jersey Shore

Great location- board walk was fun for the whole family. Condo was exactly as seen in pictures. Everything you need for your stay is there for you to use. The deck was very enjoyable to sit on early in the morning and late at night. Great view of the ocean.
