We stayed at the property for 2 nights out of our week Utah journey. It was cozy, clean and well appointed! We also enjoyed the town of Salina and the people! We ate and shopped local and enjoyed every experience!
From the outside it looks kind of sketchy but the place was actually nice. Large kitchen, nice shower. Bedroom 1 had a huge bed thar my daughter said was comfortable. Bedroom 2 had a queen size 'meet in the middle' bed that wasn't the best but it was ok.
The stairs arevery steep.

Beautiful
Can't say enough good things about this place, I would recommend to stay here. The owners of the property were very nice and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and very relaxing, very clean and had all the items needed to make us relax. We enjoyed our stay and we felt like we were at home and we did not want to leave!! They have fixed it up very nice !!! The town is quite and you can relax or go out and spend the day looking around at the beautiful sites. We will would and will stay here again if needed. Other than the stairs, being a little treacherous and steep, the apartment was spicy and nice and accommodating. Furniture is very comfortable and clean with a minor weird phenomena of about 50 dead flies that showed up in the morning in the laundry room. They must’ve died from the cold. If you are short, the high cupboards and high microwave would not be very accommodating. I am 5 foot seven and, the cupboard handles are kind of high. Doable for an average adult, but kids would struggle getting into the cupboards and have difficulty or would be impossible to use the microwave. Overall, it was comfortable and very accommodating for our needs and for the right price.
We found this property to be very clean and filled with all items that you would need. We used it as our home base and did plenty of sightseeing around there. There is a great little coffee shop in walking distance and we enjoyed a breakfast at Mom's Cafe.

Nice place!
This was perfect for a family getaway for a bike race in Richfield.
This cute little upstairs condo was our favorite! It looks exactly like the photos and was even more enjoyable than we were expecting! Very, very clean, had many extras to accomadate things you may have forgotten to pack and decore was so cute!! We definitely felt right at home! We will stay here again and again next time we head to Fish Lake!!
We came to Salina for the horse sale and we rented this cute little unit over the local watering hole. It more than exceeded our expectations. Not only was the place spotless but was decorated nicely. Nestled right in the middle of historic downtown Salina. Mike and Denise we very accommodating and always replied quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay the again next year.
We booked this cute loft for 3 nights for business/pleasure. We loved everything about this place - decor, location, cleanliness & the comfy beds. Make sure to eat at Mom’s Cafe for great service & of course scones & honey butter!!!
This place was extremely close to the rodeo arena and very convenient. Very clean and cute! Stairs were very slick and hard to get luggage up but did like having door lock at bottom of stairs and top. Overall great!!
A trip to remember!! Once we made it up the steep stairs, we loved the accommodations. Three nights in very nice, clean, comfortable queen size beds. Modern appliances and delightful decor.
We were grateful the bar below was vacant!
This rental is absolutely adorable and currently above a bar they are renovating. You can tell they put a lot of hard work and charm into it! It was immaculate and cozy. The beds were very soft and we got a good nights rest each night.
The listing wasnt completely clear, that we would be above a bar and only one small dog is allowed. But since one of my animals is a service dog Evolve was kind enough to let us bring both and waved a fee.
We got a heads up from the manager the night before that they would be renovating the bar. It was fine for us because we are easy going but we could hear the hard work they were putting in (with saws, nail guns etc) all weekend. If you need a quiet place to sleep this may not be your spot. About 8pm on Sunday they started trying out the stereo system.
The manager sent us a nice lengthy email prior to the visits with info about the town, where to eat, what to see etc. It was very helpful. They even threw in coupons to a diner a couple doors down (we reccomend the scones). My favorite part of the rental was how well it was decorated and gave you the small town charm and history with a big updated kitchen and nice shower. No problems with running out of hot water. They also have a huge TV an nice stereo system! Thanks for the getaway!

Clean and cute
Clean, comfortable apartment. Everything you need in kitchen. Nice tile shower and comfortable furniture. Cute decorations. Owners were very helpful and friendly. The only downfall for us was the truck noise and the stairs. If you are a light sleeper it’s noisy. The stairs are very steep.
