Enjoy unbelievable ocean views and sunrises during the day and ultra-clear starlit nights, right from the deck of this beautifully maintained beach condo. This is full direct and up close 180-degree 3rd floor view of the entire beach and ocean (not a side or distant view). Ocean Dunes is close enough to Coligny Circle to enjoy all the action, shops, and restaurants this area is known for without getting in a car, yet far enough away to enjoy the bliss of quite ocean sounds. Forest Beach is a very bike friendly community. The unit includes 2 free bikes so you can travel all over the island or up and down the beach. The resort has an outdoor ocean front heated pool, laundry room on each floor and an elevator. There are outdoor grills and a bathroom cabana on the very short path/boardwalk to the beach, which means you don't have to run back to the room. The unit has a full kitchen and adjoining Living/Dining area, two full baths and a balcony and comes with two bicycles. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully furnished, air conditioned, heated and ultra-air purified with telephone, Wi-Fi Internet and smart wide screen Roku TVs (with Direct Streaming Cable service and Free Netflix) in each room. Enjoy food and drinks at Hilton's poolside ocean front bar and grill located at the Hilton Ocean Oaks directly adjoining and just a few steps from our unit. There is plenty of free parking in our gated parking lot just in front of the building. Our Ocean Front heated pool is open year-round.

Our stay here was wonderful! great living room area and kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms are great (super comfy beds) and they give a surprising amount of privacy from one another and the rest of the house. Good parking, nice pool, efficient laundry. One of the best parts is the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean with a gentle breeze. Fantastic beach access. Also you are 2 minutes away (you can even bike there safely) from coligny plaza with fun shopping, good food, and fun things to do! Fantastic condo and fantastic host, definitely a great way to stay at Hilton Head Island!

Amazing ocean views with easy access to the beach and pool! The villa had the best beachy decore and had plenty of room for our group of 3. It was very clean and the grounds were well cared for. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the property but were also close enough to the action in the Coligny area.

Great place!

Excellent ocean view

This was our first stay at Ocean Dunes and it was great! We loved being near Coligny and walked to the playground and to get breakfast in the am. The condo was nice, beautiful ocean view, kitchen had everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. Pool was nice and never very crowded. We definitely plan to stay here again!

My wife and I frequently visited Hilton Head throughout the years and always had a special fondness for this area. We were thrilled to be able to start this venture in 2015. An endeavor where we are able to share a dream beach condo with our guests. We have always loved to travel and have stayed at so many fine places over the years. But we have also had the misfortune of staying at some that were very disappointing at best. We understand the importance of vacation time and just how easily that precious time can be spoiled by the frustration of accommodations that do not meet your expectations. That is something we don’t ever want our guests to feel. It is our goal to maintain our unit to a level that will provide 5 star ratings and not just assure that our guests are satisfied, but that they are thoroughly thrilled. We want guests that come back year after year and we hope you will become one of them.

Why they chose this property

We take great pride in our unit 309 Ocean Dunes and provide an ambiance that is clean and fresh and new, yet calm and soothing. And not so modern or cold that it looses the special character, charm and comfort you expect in a Beach Home. When you are at the beach you want to feel like you are at the beach. We want our unit to convey a spirit of casual relaxation, whimsy and fun, while still maintaining a level of impeccable neatness and cleanliness that we desire when staying there. And since we do stay there often, we conduct frequent and regular personal inspections to assure that the unit is not just surface clean, but deep cleaned and that even the smallest imperfections or maintenance issues, that may have gone unnoticed, are properly corrected. There are a lot of vacation properties on Hilton Head. We want ours to stand out amongst all of them.

What makes this property unique

"Location, Location, Location" is what they say in real estate. Here at 309 Ocean dunes, that is what you get! This ocean front resort is ideally situated far enough away from Coligny Circle so that you cannot see or even hear the hustle and bustle of the people and traffic, yet close enough to walk to it (or if you prefer, bike to it with one of free bikes provided with the unit). You get the best of both worlds: The tranquility of unbelievable ocean views and the peaceful sounds of rolling ocean waves just off your balcony along with the excitement and action of endless dining, shopping and casual drinking conveniently located just down the street. And if you like Tennis there is a tennis center just short stroll down the road. Being on the 3rd floor provides amazing ocean views that you simply cannot get at lower levels, along with beautiful starry nights right off your ocean front balcony Individual air units and thermostats for each room assures that everyone can live in the comfort they desire. And if need a little TV chill time there is a flat screen TV in every room with Cable and Roku TV with Netflix and a DVD library. A fully updated kitchen means glide-free drawers, modern stainless-steel appliances and unblemished counter tops. A full-size dining table provides space for everyone at dinner time. Hardwood living area floors provide a soft comfortable look of elegance while the tiled bathrooms assure clean and sterile bathing experience. Sitting on the balcony with our well cushioned furniture keeping you comfortable, the natural ocean breezes keeping you cool, and the endless ocean view keeping you mesmerized, you can dwell on your Mint Julep to the ambiance of ocean waves breaking on the sands while the dolphins frolic in the ocean and the ships roll by.
