It has a private first floor master bedroom suite with cedar closet, full bath and private deck overlooking the water; another bedroom with a queen bed, and 4 bedroom area on the second floor and multiple living spaces! This house is waiting for you!!

This peaceful house has multiple decks with gorgeous views, new shed for all your storage needs and blue stone patio for relaxing. Come back from the beach to your outdoor shower with dressing area. Prepare meals in a kitchen with all-white cabinetry and essential appliances including a gas stove and French-door refrigerator. There’s also a 18” flat screen TV to watch while you cook. Chill your favorite bottle before enjoying a relaxing dinner at the large dining table that can seat up to 14!

Dine al fresco on the deck with two dining tables seating 10. There’s also a covered porch with six large Adirondack chairs (and four little ones for the kids), a brand new gas grill, and a new outdoor shower with hot water.

The entry-level master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 31” flat screen TV. A convenient en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Head upstairs to find a second bedroom with two twin-size beds. Nearby is another bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a third bedroom featuring a queen-size bed + 1 crib & stunning lake views off the spacious deck shared with the second bedroom. On this same level, a fifth bedroom has two twin-size beds, and a sixth bedroom comes with two full-size beds and a crib.

Amenities include a washer/dryer in the laundry room, and parking space for 8 on the driveway and two in the garage!

Christmas on the Cape

The house was very conveniently located to town center, and a great place for the young adults in our family to hang out in the evenings.

It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children, ages 2 to 8 And a crib was great! So happy the Master suite was downstairs as I can't do stairs. We all got around the dining table. The rest of family loved walking to beach, restaurants, etc.

Fantastic location and plenty of room for extended family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. There were 11 adults/teens across 3 families. Easy access to the beach and downtown. It really was perfect! I would stay again in a heartbeat.
