Our group of girlfriends had so much fun at this house. It was a great size for our group of 6, with enough bedrooms for each of us to have our own, and 2 very comfortably sized living rooms. The kitchen was also plenty big enough to hang out while enjoying snacks. Although it was a little cold the weekend we visited (early May) we still enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The hot tub was probably our favorite feature of the house given the cooler weather. Overall it was a great stay for our annual girls weekend!

We had a very nice stay. There’s an upstairs that has four bedrooms all off one hall with a modest bathroom. Downstairs has two more bedrooms with a modest bathroom near them and another half bath off the kitchen. The bedrooms are great. The bathrooms are … fine. The rest of the house is really great. Excellent living and dining areas, kitchen, yard, etc. Host is fantastic. Super communicative and happy to help with any issues that may come up. Do recommend. Location to Hyannis is fantastic.

Thanks Ted for the review. It's a great place to gather with a large family and enjoy the wonderful surrounding area of Cape Cod. Wish I could make the bathrooms larger but I'm limited by the space. I think it works.

Beautiful home in an ideal location close to so many Cape Cod attractions. Our group of 10adults fit comfortably in the house with plenty of privacy. The decks were lovely for sipping our morning coffee, chatting or reading a book. Our host, Leslie, was extremely easy to communicate with at various stages during the booking and when we were on vacation as well.
