About this property

Private spacious house directly on the lake with stunning views of nature from the spacious back deck. It includes everything you may need for a relaxing getaway, yet near the beach, Atlantic City Casinos and more. Tucked away in the woods you will have plenty of privacy in our quiet lake community, yet are only minutes away from various shops, restaurants and common conveniences. Listen to birds and wildlife all around our 30 acre lake and walking trails. Enjoy some fresh air and exercise by using our complementary kayaks, bikes or peddle boat for a day of outdoor fun.

Escape the crowds and stay with us for a well-deserved get away. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath home provides ample space to relax and unwind. Snuggle in front of the fireplace or have hot cocoa on the deck with a warm blanket while watching the ducks , swans, and eagles in the distance. Ziggy and her beau Rocky the Whooper Swans, are waiting for you right ourside your backdoor on the lake.

Unfortunately no pets allowed in this rental, but we do offer other homes that are pet-friendly.

Nice quiet vacation

We really enjoyed our anniversary getaway to southern New Jersey. I picked this location as it was central to many of the towns we wanted to visit. The house was adorable, perfect for two people. The kitchen was great and everything was clean. Fireplace worked and the view of the lake was idyllic. Wish I would have known how close the other homes were to each other but we never saw anyone else while we were there. Owners do not restock any paper products after the initial stock so may want to bring paper towels with you. Also couldn’t find wash clothes and had to buy them before eventually finding them in the dryer. Internet connection is very poor but if you’re going to unplug this is great. Not ideal if trying to stream something to watch though. Overall a nice fall getaway.

Wonderful Get-away

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable. We had the best of both worlds with my husband being able to fish on the lake in the morning and evening and me being able to sit on the beach in the afternoon..a short drive away. Joy was super responsive and helpful. We also found lots of great GF food in the area, including a dedicated gluten-free bakery just a few minutes away. We plan to go back.
