Duplex beach house situated in a closed condominium in Praia dos Carneiros, one of the most beautiful in Brazil. The condominium has leisure area with swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field, playground, games room, sauna, party room with barbecue. Quiet and safe environment with 24 hour surveillance.
The house has five bedrooms (four suites), plus a bedroom and a social bathroom. All air-conditioned rooms Split and all bathrooms with luxury shower.
Private leisure area with gourmet kitchen, barbecue and cooktop. Living room with TV, SKY and video games. It has Wi-Fi internet.
Kitchen equipped with all utensils and appliances: fridge, cooker, freezer, microwave, ice cream, sandwich maker, blender, juicer. It has a fondue appliance.
We charge outside power consumption per kWh.

Ótimo estadia na Praia dos Carneiros

A casa é bastante funcional, conta com 5 quartos (4 suítes), dando para acomodar 15 pessoas. A área de comum mais usada foi a sala que fica integrada a área gourmet, formando um ambiente bem legal para reunião familiar. A praia é excelente e a anfitriã muito tranquila e ágil na comunicação. Recomendo!

Foi um ambiente muito tranquilo e seguro para estar com a família. Bem próximo à praia e com o conforto que a cada tinha. Foram dias espetaculares de descanso.

Casa de muito espaço

A casa é grande, comporta uma família de 15 pessoas sem problemas. Muitos itens para cozinha. Tivemos pequenos contratempos, como o mal funcionamento de um ar condicionado e um chuveiro sem funcionar e fomos prontamente atendidos pela anfitriã. É necessário ter um carro para a locomoção. As praias próximas são muito bonitas, carneiros é sensacional. Voltaria a me hospedar na casa.
