Si tratta di una casa indipendente, appena ristrutturata, sita in una stradina chiusa in pieno centro storico e a soli 60 metri dalla spiaggia di Porta Vecchia, altre spiagge attrezzate sono raggiungibili anche a piedi. Di fatto vi sono 2 letti matrimoniali (un divano letto al piano terra e un letto alla francese 140x190 al II piano) -
La casa è fresca perchè la terrazza è coperta con un telo ombreggiante, c'è una buona areazione ed efficienti ventole ai piani 1 e 2, oltre ad un condizionatore al 2^ piano. Ha 2 bagni, cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, TV, ecc. ecc.

You'll find a quite little-balcony and terrace but you will not see the sea!
The house has all facilities, 2 bathrooms - 2 double beds - TV - Washing machine - Oven - Etc. -
The house is cool and it has fans, ceiling fan etc.

Di fatto vi sono 2 letti matrimoniali (un divano letto al piano terra e un letto alla francese 140x190 al II piano) -
La casa è fresca perchè la terrazza è coperta con un telo ombreggiante, c'è una buona areazione ed efficienti ventole ai piani 1 e 2, oltre ad un condizionatore al 2^ piano. Ha 2 bagni, cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, TV, ecc. ecc.
