109 East Tenth Street in Beach Haven. Located just 6 houses from the beach, this open layout home is perfect for families. We have many repeat guests because the location is perfect: 3 blocks to Bay Village & Fantasy Island and 1 block to beach. You won't even need a car to get to all the great shops & restaurants in Beach Haven. Plus the open layout first floor gives everyone plenty of breathing room!
*Four spacious bedrooms (king / queen/ 2 twins / twin bunk) plus queen sleeper with 2 full bathrooms and outdoor shower.
* Clean and modern kitchen with breakfast bar.
* Newly renovated, modern bathrooms with shower tub and shower stall
* Convenient patio in back is great for grilling and relaxing, plus there is a second floor deck.
* Garage has ping pong table and equipped with 2 bikes, beach chairs, and boogie boards for our guests.
* Beach badges included with rental (but must be left behind for the next guests!).
* Wifi, cable and 3 TVs.
* Central air conditioning with two zones.
