AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

No BBQ

The property is a bit worn, the photos in the listing do not correspond to reality, the carpets are very dirty and the kitchen utensils were not complete. A very impressive aspect was that I chose that house because they offered a BBQ grill and it turned out to be damaged. that completely ruined our plans, from the first moment I notified the property manager but they never solved the problem

Bugs and Untidy

Kitchen infested with roaches..had to buy bug spray, no mop-had to purchase a mop, dirty linen and towels (although I bring my own), pool umbrella was broke, bbq was dirty-not clean, had to clean that, furniture and tables filthy-he to wipe them down….the house is nice but they need to do a deep cleaning and get rid of the roaches and worms, fix and provide needed amenities.

Not accurate description

The pool looks like an infinity pool at the angle the photos were taken. Pool is nice but not big. One of the rooms did not have an AC vent and they charged me $40.00 for a stained towel. I have been renting vacation homes for a long time and they never did this to me. My overall stay was ok, but was dissapointing to get that additional fee for a towel.

Awesome location tons of space!

Another great stay in Kissimmee! This house is excellent for two families to share as it has lots of great space and the bathroom to bedroom ratio was awesome. Some minor pool issues were dealt with quickly and fairly. One of our best experiences. Would stay again.

Family reunion

Location was good. Dishes on the table were dirty and all needed to be washed. Trash can broken. Trash under one of the beds, but the worst was the pool. Contacted management Tuesday. Someone came and took pictures Wednesday. Thursday they cleaned it We checked out Friday. Called management Thursday. The wait to speak with someone was 2 hours. They suggested email for a quicker response. I did that. Still no reply from them. We were only here for a week and rented the property for the pool. Couldn’t use it for half of our stay. Would have liked to resolve this with management instead of this review.
