This estate belongs to a worldwide reputation fur trader, who was flattered by the sea front area and bought the property in 1976.
In 1982 inspired by the beautiful architectural style of Switzerland’s mountains and forests, in corporation with a construction company located in Lugano, built the wooden villa.
With the power of his will and with the admission in his mind to enjoy quiet and peaceful vacation with his family, he planted the garden with a lot of different tree species like olives, pine trees, pears and many other species which suit harmonically with garden’s psychical environment.
