This Treehouse along the 11 Point River offers a great year round getaway! Perfect for hot summers on the water or spend a chilly evening in the hot tub. This newly built home is fully furnished with everything you'll need to make for an easy & comfortable stay. Outdoor seating & fire pit available. Within walking distance (500 ft) to the Eleven Point River. We also offer float accommodations!

•Full kitchen & dining area to seat 3
•Living room with Smart TV
•Set of Queen Bunk Beds
•Full Bath with toilet, sink, & tiled shower

-Upstairs-
• Queen bed + small private patio

-Outside-
>Covered patio area with outdoor seating that includes table for 4, 2 hammock chairs, and a swing for 2
>Small charcoal grill (guest will need to provide charcoal)
>Small back yard
•River Access is available at The Pavilion located about 500 yards from cabin (as long as it is not rented for the day)

••••Reservation includes up to 6 guests. We do allow additional guests over 8 with a $10 per person (over 2 years of age) per night fee. Additional guests MUST be discussed & paid in advance. The cabin/location is great for additional tent campers!••••
