This condo has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs - only a few 2-bedroom units here have AC. This is also the only condo resort in Poipu on a sandy beach! Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. This beautiful and spacious 2-level garden view condo was completely updated. Tile flooring throughout, kitchen and bathrooms with stone counters, furniture, window treatments, bedding, etc. Kiahuna Plantation is a 35 acre resort located on Kauai's world famous Poipu Beach. Kiahuna's sensational gardens, lawns and tropical atmosphere make it an irresistible vacation destination! The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. The east shore (Kapaa) is windy and the north shore (Princeville, Hanalei) is the rainy side and there are no condo resorts directly on the sand like the Kiahuna. Spend your vacation on the sunny side of Kauai !!

Everything you need is included - linens, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, 55" flat screen tv, beach chairs/towels, and all resort amenities including on-site office, security, maintenance, housekeeping, pool, waterslide, jacuzzi, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, golf courses, outdoor bbqs.

Rated #1 beach by Travel Channel and USA Today. Enjoy the sunny south shore with beautiful tropical grounds, orchid gardens, lush greenery and large grassy areas. This is traditional plantation style Hawaii at its best... not a typical high rise hotel resort. You can spend your entire vacation here without getting into your car. Walk to snorkeling, surfing, restaurants, shopping, market, pool, tennis, golf, luaus and other activities. Relax on the beach or sit on the grassy area next to the sand. This resort provides free beach chairs/loungers, beach towels and rents all water sports equipment. Surf lessons available here as well. 2 premiere golf courses. This condo is in building 37. Twice as big as the 1-bed condos here with 1584 square feet/147 square meters. All 2-bedroom condos here are 2-levels and have the same floorplan. Entry, living, dining, kitchen, lanai upstairs - bedrooms, bathrooms, lanai downstairs. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS. We have a porta-crib (bring a crib sheet), booster seat and stair gates. Kim has a few rentals at KP that has bed space for 3 in the 2nd downstairs bedroom. We have rented from Kim in the past 4 years for this reason and have never been disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is great and it’s very comfortable. We were grateful for the A/C. very close to the Sheraton. We ate there a couple of times and used some of their amenities too, including the luau.

Wonderful stay!

This property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Calm waters and easy surfing for beginners at the beach. Loved the beach hut with affordable rentals! The unit was spacious and fit our group of 5 well! Also loved having boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkel gear provided! The resort pool across the street was lots of fun for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Poipu!

We loved staying here in Poipu. The property was beautiful, the condo was spacious, and the location was perfect! The property manager was also very quick to respond and her information and local recommendations were very helpful when planning our vacation. This was a great condo for our kids because of the outdoor grass area for them to run around on and the easy walk to the beach and the pool. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Older but well stocked and great location!

We loved the resort location and gardens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to feel at home and prepare meals from local farmers markets. Kim with management company is great to work with and responded within 2 hrs to all inquiries. The beds and pillows are very comfy. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kauai.

Great condo, great owner

Our family of four stayed in this unit for a week and we had a great vacation! The condo was plenty spacious for us and very well equipped. We had everything we needed to make meals at home. Our flight to Hawaii was delayed, costing us a day of our trip. However, Kim was great and worked with us to add another night to our stay. We appreciated how responsive she was as we were working to adjust our plans!

We have lived in Southern California our entire lives, raising our two sons in San Diego. We love spending our vacations in Hawaii and other tropical locations. We started bringing our kids to the Kiahuna Plantation when they were young. It was such a gorgeous and easy place to vacation that we just kept going back!

This is our favorite Hawaiian island - its lush greenery and tropical vegetation is a tropical paradise! The Kiahuna is the perfect place for families, fun and relaxing without the crowds of Waikiki or Maui !!

This is a unique low-density resort with large open grassy areas, gorgeous tropical gardens and traditional Hawaiian plantation style condos - not your typical high rise hotel. With approximately 1584 square feet/147 square meters, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this well-appointed condominium. Right across the street is a mini-market for stocking the fridge, as well as restaurants and shopping. This beautiful beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out front, with on-site rentals, surf lessons and free beach chairs/loungers and towels. Just a few steps to golf and tennis as well.
