About this property

Luxurious, modern and spacious apartment with balcony near Omis sand beach

Located in a Omis countryside, away from city noise where you can enjoy quiet country lanes, courtyard and countryside beyond. We aim to make your stay in this wonderful place pleasurable as possible.

Enjoy the entire this wide self-catering apartment which is located on the second floor of the family house.

Open space kitchen, dining room and living room
Our modern kitchen is prepared with all the utilities for preparing and serving food. I guess no one is fan of dish washing, so there is one dishwasher with dishwashing tablets included.
If you are a fan of wine, we also have a special wine refrigerator.

Our large dining area can conformably accommodate six people. In case you travel with a small child we provide children’s dinnerware and high chair. From dining area is an exit to balcony where you can relax on deck chairs and sunbathe.

We provide you flexibility on place where to eat or just sit, you can choose between dining area, veranda, or outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Our three stunning bedrooms to the highest of standards:

Bedroom 1
For pleasant sleep bed size 180*200 cm, bedroom is air-conditioned. Smart tv with satellite receiver. Sit and enjoy your morning coffee on balcony.

Bedroom 2
Comfy bed 160*200 in size for peaceful sleep. This fabulous room comes with air-condition and bathroom. In case you have some work to do there is dedicated workspace. Have a glass of wine on your balcony.

Bedroom 3
Perfect room for kids ’or maybe adult. Bed size 140*200. Children's table and chairs, shelves for toys and with some toys, air conditioning, Smart TV and balcony with sitting area.

If you want to spend some time outside of the listing and prepare some food or BBQ we have small simple covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ . In addition to this you can use bathroom here or take a shower.

De belle vacances en montagne à 15min de la mer

Très agréable séjour en Croatie. La propriétaire a été au petit soin pour nous durant tout le séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belle vacances. Pour les amoureux de la course à pied ou de la randonnée l'endroit est parfait. Merci.
