Communication with host was excellent. The apartment was in a great location and felt very safe. Lots of light with big windows and door to patio. Dishwasher and laundry were great conveniences. Our family of four was very happy here and would stay here again. Highly recommend!
Large living room and balcony at the back (which would be great in Summer). Great kitchen with washer/dryer. Convenient location short walk to Guiness Storehouse and St. Patrick’s cathedral. Close to a doctor in Francis St. and two doors down was a Tesco express which was very convenient. Only a short walk (7-10 mins) to the Temple Bar district and central Dublin.
Great location within walking distance of all of the must-sees in Dublin. This unit is VERY spacious with a nice patio (we were here in December so we couldn’t really use it, but it looked nice!” Good selection of books available and comfortable sofas in the living room. Kitchen has enough of the basics to make some simple meals.Great communication with the owners - they were gracious to arrange for an early check-in after our overnight flight from the states.Excellent value - would stay again
Our family of 5 was more than comfortable in this apartment. It has an amazing location - it is above a grocery store and several restaurants. Noise was not an issue. Plenty of space to spread out. Would definitely stay again.
Great area and short walk to downtown. Pictures of size of bedrooms was deceiving and we found them small. Couches were great, kitchen great. Communication was excellent.
The property was very spacious and perfect for what we needed it for. It was within walking distance to everything we were looking to do and we felt very safe. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. We had an amazing time!
It was a wonderful time! The property is about a 20min walk to practically everything - Dublin Express stop, Temple Bar area, tour bus pick ups.. location was great. Nice bars right downstairs from the apt with a burger and a pint for 10! We had a hard time finding places to eat after 9pm, so keep that in mind. From an American point of view, it really only sleeps 4. One person per bed/couch. There was a shortage on towels with only 1 towel per person for a 5nt stay. Girls would appreciate a few more! Also, no kitchen towels for the kitchen. Linens were sparse. Other than that, we loved this property. The Liberties is a great place to stay! Mahalo for having us!
Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this apartment which was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Dublin. Our first night was super cold but once we figured out the heater, we were comfy and cozy.
Great location close to Guinness factory and a 5 minute walk to town. Well equipped and scrupulously clean. Excellent instructions provided and the hosts were very responsive to queries and a slightly early checkin. There are 2 supermarkets downstairs which was super convenient. Only slightly negative thing was that the bedrooms were a bit stuffy on the hot days but I imagine with normal Dublin weather it's a lovely cosy place to stay.
We had a great experience staying in your property this summer. The flat was clean and well appointed and owners very responsive and helpful. Location was great - walkable to Guinness and easy access to bus lines to key points in the city if you wanted to limit your walking. Definitely recommend!
Quite enjoyed the location and the pre-trip communication with the owner. Our only problem was that one of the bedrooms was not exactly as pictured and was small with the tiny bed up against a wall. This meant one of the people in the room had to sleep on the couch in the living room.
Lovely place, easy to get to just about anywhere. The host was very responsive when I had a small issue. Also, very friendly and communicative prior to arrival!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Communication with the host was great. Location was good to walk to main tourist areas in Dublin. We stayed during the winter so didn't use the patio area, but it seemed like a nice amenity to have. The dining/kitchen/living area is spacious. The cost of the unit didn't match the quality for me. The bathroom had cracked and sagging tiles in the floor so it felt like I was breaking the floor every time I got out of the shower. The grout was moldy. The beds were okay; we traveled with our son so the smaller bed was nice for him, but would have been tight for a couple. Overall, it was okay. It just wasn't as nice as I expected.
The flat was very nice the only thing negative I can say is the photos don’t give you the correct layout they only show the one bedroom room the second is not shown and is much smaller but this should not deter you from the flat it is within walking distance from all the places we want to see great pubs and restaurants in the area
I highly recommend this property for your Dublin stay
This property was good. Nice sized for our 5 person group. Centrally located to walk most of Dublin. Unfortunately, it is on a very busy street. The bedroom windows open on this street and need to be open to help cool the place. Makes sleeping at night very hard, I had to use earplugs. The living room window onto the veranda also needs to be open to cool the apartment but the neighbors smoke marijuana all the time and it fills the living room. The accommodations were clean. The manager was very responsive and kind. I would consider staying here again, but at a cooler time of year so I wouldn’t need to open the windows.

NOISEY
The apartment itself was fine, but the bedrooms are in the front of the property, right on the street. There were constant police/ambulance sirens throughout the nights. The location is good, but the neighborhood is a little on the fringe. The communication with the property manager was not good and took over 8 hours to respond. The 2nd message was not replied to until we were already back home.
