About this property

Modern Beachfront Corner balcony , 2 Kings, 60" TV/XBox 4th FL, hear the waves


This is a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom condo on the 4th floor located directly on the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key beach. The living room has 16 feet glass doors that open up to the patio with spectacular beach views.

The unit underwent a major renovation completed in 2018 including a master suite transformation that includes a new spa experience master bath with a marble shower for 2 with mood lighting and double vanity.

The unit is furnished with all new furniture, linens, and kitchen ware. The living room has 2 full size couches and a beautiful new reclaimed barn wood dining table with seating for 8. In addition, we have seating for 4 children at the living room "coffee table". The living room TV is a 60 inch state of the art flat screen and DVD that has 3D and amazing high definition viewing and a X-Box 360 with several games. The master bedroom has a 40 inch TV and DVD with high def.

Imagine relaxing on the king-sized bed while watching your favorite movie from the great movie selection we provide. The 2nd king bedroom has a 32 inch TV and DVD player as well. The 3rd double twin bedroom has a 32 inch TV and DVD for the kiddos too. There is a new full-size washer and dryer in a separate room that also stores many beach toys and chairs.

The condo has a heated pool that is directly below the balcony so you can check on the kids while your preparing lunch. Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery store and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars.

We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Always clean, well appointed and comfortable. Very stylish without being stuffy. We had a great stay. The beach was beautiful as usual. This condo was perfect for us. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was much bigger than I was expecting, no mirrors covering the walls to make it appear larger. The condo was spotless upon arrival and the check in and communication with the owner was easy. The closet of toys and beach chairs was a big plus. If you are considering this condo, go for it, you won’t be disappointed. Hopefully we’ll be back to Perdido Key and if we do, we’ll stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Perdido Key is a special place. Same beauty and white sands as Gulf Shores but without the masses. Especially this condo. Only 31 units so no fighting for an elevator or space on the beach. We fell in love with the modern, tasteful renovation that Sherry and Tim have worked on so hard. And the new extra 1/2 bath was a big bonus. And that view from the corner balcony without a towering 15 story looking down on you, Wow! That view made me go down in person to see if it was as nice as pictured,,it was even better.

What makes this property unique

Close to the bridge to Pensacola so not the heavy traffic further west.
Closer to the waves than most so you can enjoy the sight and sounds.
Easy short drive to the FloraBama if you want the party scene.
30 min. Drive to Old Downtown Pensacola with a New Orleans type vibe and fine dinning or bars galore.
2 miles from a nice Publix grocery and a fresh seafood market near there.
