About this property

Modern Beachfront Corner balcony , 2 Kings, 60" TV/XBox 4th FL, hear the waves


This is a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom condo on the 4th floor located directly on the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key beach. The living room has 16 feet glass doors that open up to the patio with spectacular beach views.

The unit underwent a major renovation completed in 2018 including a master suite transformation that includes a new spa experience master bath with a marble shower for 2 with mood lighting and double vanity.

The unit is furnished with all new furniture, linens, and kitchen ware. The living room has 2 full size couches and a beautiful new reclaimed barn wood dining table with seating for 8. In addition, we have seating for 4 children at the living room "coffee table". The living room TV is a 60 inch state of the art flat screen and DVD that has 3D and amazing high definition viewing and a X-Box 360 with several games. The master bedroom has a 40 inch TV and DVD with high def.

Imagine relaxing on the king-sized bed while watching your favorite movie from the great movie selection we provide. The 2nd king bedroom has a 32 inch TV and DVD player as well. The 3rd double twin bedroom has a 32 inch TV and DVD for the kiddos too. There is a new full-size washer and dryer in a separate room that also stores many beach toys and chairs.

The condo has a heated pool that is directly below the balcony so you can check on the kids while your preparing lunch. Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery store and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars.

We had a great stay. The beach was beautiful as usual. This condo was perfect for us. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was much bigger than I was expecting, no mirrors covering the walls to make it appear larger. The condo was spotless upon arrival and the check in and communication with the owner was easy. The closet of toys and beach chairs was a big plus. If you are considering this condo, go for it, you won’t be disappointed. Hopefully we’ll be back to Perdido Key and if we do, we’ll stay here again.

LOVE this condo!

What an amazing place. Bring your food and you don't have to leave. This condo has it all!! If you're not sure about where to stay, just come here . You will not give it a second thought!! Thanks Allen for a relaxing vacation spot.

Beautiful view

The condo was great! By far, the nicest we’ve stayed at. Unfortunately the weather was crummy, so we sent a lot if time inside. Very comfortable living room furniture and beds. Out the back door, right on the beach. Kids loved the pool. Nice little restaurant across the street.

Beautiful Condo right on the beach

We loved our time at this condo. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths. The master en-suite is newly updated and very nice. The condo is well stocked with all you need including two paid beach chairs as well as any beach items you would need in the storage off of the deck. We so loved mornings watching the ocean from the deck. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and homey

We enjoyed our time at this property. The instructions were clear. The only question coming in was parking for the second vehicle and the owner even called to make sure we knew how to approach this. For us, it is a good size of building, enough amenities, but now a huge volume of people. The owner having access provided for chair and umbrella were a nice touch. The outdoor closet had other beach goodies available for the kids (young and old). Great family time together.

Awesome stay

Awesome family vacation on the beach. Condo is as advertised. Great location on the 4th floor. Newly renovated with a great master bath. Didn’t need to bring anything for the kitchen. Lots of pots and pans and sharing spices is a great idea. Fish market just a few miles away as is a Publix. Allen was great and gave use easy directions and answered any questions we had. There is an outside storage closet with lots of beach gear and the best part is the rental of the condo comes with rental chairs.

Great Condo

We loved our stay at this great and extremely clean condo! The condo had lots of room with beautiful beach decor,and perfect location for us. We were right on the beach and the only thing that could have made it better was if the pool had been repaired in time for us to get to use it during our stay. Hopefully it will be repaired soon since it will just add to the perfection of this property. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Fantastic Trip!

This was a great family trip! The condo was fantastic - the renovations are lovely and it had any of the amenities we'd hope for (cooking supplies, dishes, towels, etc). The kids loved the beach and the pool (the pool is smaller but most of the time it was not very crowded at all). The beach to the left is very crowded but this is the last building before some open beach so if you need fewer people near you, you can walk just a bit and have open beach. We loved that we could walk over to ice cream or a snow cone for an afternoon treat. And we also did a Dolphin Tour in orange beach (Cold Mil Fleet) which was amazing! Great stay! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Ocean Breeze East March 2023

It was our first time in Perdido Key. The ocean view from our balcony was great. Our family of six had plenty of space in the condo which was nice on some of our cold days. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. The washer and dryer was great to have with kids swimming every day! Pool was heated but a little too cool for the adults to swim. The kids swam every day in the pool and loved it. Two beach chairs were reserved every morning for us to enjoy the ocean view. Our building didn’t have as many units as some of the newer buildings along the beach, so our beach space was not as crowded. We loved that. We were walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Quiet and no parking problems. Allen was easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed. A close drive to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores if you need more excitement. Would recommend for a relaxed stay in Perdido Key!

Nice decent little place, however...

I really hate writing bad reviews, but I feel that this is warranted. Communications were open between us and Allen, however, we were only notified the night before arrival (21:17 CT) of a roof replacement Stating that they "gave us no notice that the pool would be closed and parking would be messed up". Thankfully, we do not use pools. As an owner of a condo on the beach, I know the requirements of an HOA to notify owners of pending work in order to notify their renters and pay that assessment fee. As the work had started a week prior to our arrival, there was definitely ample time to notify us. This was in my opinion dishonest. But, as requested, I did notify him of the situation once we got there. Due to the scaffolding, getting in and out of the building was somewhat of a maze. To add to that, "The unit is furnished with all new furniture": but was already in place by 2015 including the linens. "The unit underwent a major renovation completed in 2018 including a master suite transformation…" Again, done at least in early 2015. The balcony furniture was in bad shape and almost all the screws were rusted which would have transferred to clothing if sat upon. The microwave has a major rusted out area inside, so we did not use. I cannot speak to the beach service, as we didn't use that either. In summary, I would not rent this unit again and somewhat surprised at all the 5-star reviews.

We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Always clean, well appointed and comfortable. Very stylish without being stuffy. I am not concerned with bringing my small grandchildren here. The host is very responsive to inquiries. My family and I look forward to visiting each year. Lovely place to stay.

Probably the best condo we’ve ever rented. No shortage of toys, chairs, bathrooms etc… if you are traveling with your family this is the perfect setup. Allen the owner was helpful with an unrelated issue( car stuff) and his recommendations for places to eat were great. I would highly recommend staying here

Why they chose this property

Perdido Key is a special place. Same beauty and white sands as Gulf Shores but without the masses. Especially this condo. Only 31 units so no fighting for an elevator or space on the beach. We fell in love with the modern, tasteful renovation that Sherry and Tim have worked on so hard. And the new extra 1/2 bath was a big bonus. And that view from the corner balcony without a towering 15 story looking down on you, Wow! That view made me go down in person to see if it was as nice as pictured,,it was even better.

What makes this property unique

Close to the bridge to Pensacola so not the heavy traffic further west.
Closer to the waves than most so you can enjoy the sight and sounds.
Easy short drive to the FloraBama if you want the party scene.
30 min. Drive to Old Downtown Pensacola with a New Orleans type vibe and fine dinning or bars galore.
2 miles from a nice Publix grocery and a fresh seafood market near there.
