-Please note that guests staying 1 week or more are responsible for electrical and water charges. We will refund deposit minus electricity/water on the check-out date. Electricity rate: 6 THB per 1 unit . Water rate: 35 THB per 1 unit.

-Please don't leave trash bags inside the unit. The containers are just outside the parking lot. Thank you!
