In a quiet area, middle in the centre of Pattaya we build our 'dream'. The Villa has all the luxury that you will need for an amazing holiday in Thailand. In a few minutes you are on the beach or in the 'nightlife' and 'shopping' area.

The well maintained villa in 'Thai-Bali style', is build to European standards with double walls, quality hardware in 2010 and have an European kitchen, cable TV, DVD, safe, Internet, luxurious bathroom(s), air conditioning, living room, terrace, king size beds and a lot more for your fantastic holiday. There's a beautiful private swimming pool and for the Penthouse a Jacuzzi, the water temperature is always comfortable.

All the rooms are well decorated in a modern Asian style. There is a lot of space to relax.
When you decide to cook by yourself, there is a modern kitchen with a big design refrigerator.

Guests of the penthouse can not use the pool downstairs
Up to 4 people.

There are 2 sun loungers, private entrance and all what you need for a luxury holiday.

The staff are lovely people, friendly and polite. The home is amazing, kept very clean and tidy, alot of space for privacy. The pool was perfect. If you dont mind being a few klm away from the hustle and bustle, then this is the perfect home to sit back and relax.

This is a great property, just far enough out of town to escape the crowds but close enough to join it at anytime. The pool is fantastic, beds are great. I have nothing bad to say about our stay.

Great private villa

I stayed in the downstairs with the private pool and it was well worth it. Location is a bit hard to find by taxi but once you are there one time it’s easy after that. Great small restaurants, bar and convenience store close as well. Very quiet at night which was also a plus! It is located in south pattaya not north.

This is I think my 6th time I have stayed in this property and everything about it is first class. Great location, great villa and absolutely nothing can be faulted. The maid that cleans the rooms is an absolute star, always smiling and cheering you up. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Pattaya. Loved every minute of it 👍

Very nice upscale unit. Immaculately clean, modern, secure and quiet. Walking to the beach is a challenge due to tight roads and many motor scooters but using Grab or taxi services solves the issue. After getting used to the streets we enjoyed the walk during the day giving us a feel for the non tourist areas. Plan to visit again.

It is not in a very good location roads very dangerous if venturing out on foot.

Was a lovely property would have been better if the outside area was cleaned as all the time we were there we hadto clean the tables and when we moved the chairs outside there was broken glass and loads of dirt underneath and chair covers could definitely do with a wash very stained and smelly swim towels could definitely do with replacing.

파타야 오시는분들 여기 강추입니당 위치적으로 번화가는 아니지만 걸어서 오분거리에 세븐일레븐 있고 근처에 로컬 식당들 여러개 있고 밤 늦게까지도 사람들 있어서 안전하고 집은 너무 예쁘고 호스트 친절하고 연락도 빠릅니다 저는 여기 묵으면서 웨딩스냅도 촬영했어요 큰 빌라 안에 여러 호수가 있다고 생각하시면 됩니다 일층엔 2개 호실이, 2층은 안가봐서 몰겠지만 세네개 있는것 같아요 2층에 호스트 거주합니다 필요시 바로 피드백 가능 택시 부를땐 약간 걸어나가서 부르는게 좋습니다 일방통행이라 차가 헤매는 경우가 있습니다 15분정도 걸어가면 시장이 있어서 과일이나 식재료 사기 좋습니다 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다

As beautifull as on the pictures

We had choosen the bottom of the house to take advange of the pool. And we just had a wonderfull time there: morning or noon on the swimming pool. Great rooms, designed with taste, well equipped, very quiet and at the same time not far from the principal road. Easy to find via bolt if you need a taxi.

Wonderful stay and in Pattaya!

The Villa is exactly like the photos it is absolutely breathtaking any issues we had were handled immediately by Joy. Rose was an absolute angel and was at our place every day cleaning and tidying. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again being able to have a dip in the pool every morning and evening or whenever you wanted was idyllic.

Escape Busy Pattaya!

Great communication with Customer Service Joy and lovely housekeeper Lou. Very helpful and accommodating. Villa was a great home base in Pattaya. A little out of the way but nice break from busy city centre, which was a 20 min walk. Villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Only downside was that there is a large Reno going on across the alley way, so there was loud construction most days. Would definitely recommend to others!
