Apartment “Tonka&Mara”

This apartment is situated in the centre of Split near the National Theatre. Within five minutes you can explore the old town of Split: phenomenal Diocletian’s palace, Cathedral of St. Dominic, Riva and other historical sights. Marjan hill, which is known for recreation and sport, is one kilometre away from our place. There are many bus stations in the area so you have a really good connection with other small places and secluded beaches. The apartment is a ten minutes walk from the main bus station, train and ferry station.
The apartment (65 m2) is a brand new, 3 stars apartment, on the first floor of a new building. It consists of: hall, small kitchen and dining space, two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet. It has: modern furniture, Wi-Fi ADSL internet, three air conditioners, one LCD TV, fridge, electric cooker, microwave. If you are staying 7 or more days, you will be provided with the service of washing bed sheets and towels. Also the apartment has a private garage (18 m2) in the same building connected with an elevator.

Immaculate apartment just 5 min from the Golden Gate

I reserved the apartment for 4 adults and 1 child (4 years of age) and it was plenty of room and so incredibly clean and welcoming! Jasminka and her husband are wonderful hosts and work hard to make their guests comfortable. They gladly stuck around to circle sights on the map and recommend restuarants for dinner. We drove in from the airport; finding the place and parking a car (and coming and going) is a bit tricky, but they were so responsive and came to meet us on the road to guide us in. The apartment is just a short walk to the Golden Gate and the major sights and shopping in Split. I would highly recommened booking this property for short or longer stays! Thank you, Jasminka for everything!

Superb apartment to stay in while in Split. Jasminka is a great host, communication was fantastic and we were welcomed with a sweet surprise. She took time to show us around the apartment tell us where to find market laundry and what was around The apartment is very well situated close to the promenade that leads to the pier just a few steps and you are in the action We had an amazing stay and would recommend without hesitation Jasminka’s apartment Thank you for a great stay 😊

I picked a winner!

This place was a great location near the pier and local attractions. We walked everywhere. I was so happy to feel completely relaxed in a very clean environment. The bedding, towels and sheets were properly laundered and very nice. The air conditioning in each area made it possible for each of us to sleep comfortably and get away from the hot summer heat. Jasminka was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any communication. Beds were comfortable. And a box of chocolates for a welcome gift too!

Venues passer quelques jours à Split, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement ! Points positifs : l’attention portée à notre égard (bouteilles d’eau et chocolats au frais, grande rapidité de réponse aux messages), l’emplacement (à quelques mètres du centre ville), 2 clés à disposition, la propreté, l’accueil à notre arrivée Seul point négatif : 3 chaises pour manger alors que nous étions 5 En résumé, nous le recommandons vivement !

Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with lots of room, only a 5 minute walk to the old part of the city! Great hosts, were there to meet us, super friendly. Highly recommend!

Spotless apartment in perfect location

New apartment in location just five minutes from center. We a danish family with three teenage daugthers spend 3 nights here. Bakery, supermarket og the hidden gem Gust pizzeria is very close by. Jasminka was a good host, and met with us on arrival. She had locale tips and is very sweet and helpful
